Alr I’ll start adex on my pin days at 0.5, as soon as I add a new compound in I get bloods 6 weeks later when it’s fully saturated and then just ever 12 weeks to keep a eye on Everything else, yeah skins went to shit I think it’s cause Iam eating a lot of dairy with my meals like I’ll have 150 ish grams of light cheese a day and like 500 mls of light milk, so starting next week Iam redo my diet and see if that helps more thanks for the adviceGlad you got bloods, at least you know where your sitting. Eq converts at about 1/2 the rate, not a true AI but converts to e1. 0.5mg Adex twice a week shouldn’t kill your e2.
