Approved Log My Training Log

Respect for grinding through those heavy shifts, not easy. Balancing nights with gym plans is challenging as I been there as well. Your meal preps are on point and pics sure show that! Path to beast mode brother.
 
My logs are usually late due to my work life Afternoon/Night shifts in cold storage/Logistics.

Pretty much lifting and stacking pallets 5-8 Hours a shift and I pick up the heavys and smash a few reps before I stack too.

Signing back up to my gym and going to hit workouts daily before work when I'm back on cycle starting next week.

Smashed some Basic food today at work

Weetbix protein coffee shake with Rule 1 Protein

snacked on a couple nut protein bars + Protein Yoghurt

Lunch: Two fried eggs on toast, kiwifruits, a couple bananas washed down with an almond milk Milo coffee.

After work: Smashed Nando's again
Next week will be all meal prepped and ready to go with a solid routine, logging all the training and pinning Thursday/Sundays

Will take some Before starting cycle updated pics and then let the transformations begin!

Been increasing the food intake as it's finally the start CYCLE WEEK

I'll be starting with off Sus250 - 250mg a week for 4 weeks

Then will increase to 500mg Sus250 and adding 300mg of Deca with probolin 75mg for 12 Weeks

Everything will be logged including workouts and one final Before cycle set of photos.

Feeling a bit of body dysmorphia currently so I'm ready to push myself to the limit and get the best gains I've ever achieved with the help of @nexuspharma and support from all you O.g AGW lads! Hope everyone is doing well with their cycles and training!

Posting another dinner

Red Caspicum and grilled corn

Wildberry Kombucha to compliment it.

After a 8 hour water fast it was the first meal of the day

Started off the cycle with Sus250 1 Ml for the first 4 weeks, then I'll be getting bloods done to check everything and the plan is to increase to 500mg Sus250 + 300mg Deca and Probolin 75 for 12-14 Weeks for my first proper cycle ever.

Lunch : Chicken pesto
Sweet potato, potato Grilled with roasted Caspicum leftovers and V8 Breakfast juice.
1 Mochachino
1 Sweet chilli cheese grilled sub

Dinner : French Toast with Turkish bread coated in egg whisked with almond milk and coconut sugar coated in coconut sugar with Manuka honey drizzle
Scrambled eggs on the side and a lactose free cream cheese almond milk coconut sugar dipping sauce.
Banana Coffee coconut milk smoothie

Salad: Spinach, cherry tomatoes, carrot, tuna tomato basil, protein cottage cheese chive flavour, lactose free shredded cheese, balsamic dressing.

Training has been only happening at work but will be changing this as of this weekend's end.

Checking the charts for Forex one last time and then it's time for sleep!

Week 1 Start to cycle

Gear I'm running is

I'll be running this dose for 4 Weeks to start then getting bloodwork either week 4 or 6 After week 4 I'll be introducing Nexuspharma Deca 300mg weekly for another 10-12 Weeks and Tribolin at week 5 for 10 Weeks.

Tonight is the first night of getting a proper workout in after I have my hair dyed and shaved.

I'll log my workout tonight after I smash out a solid 1Hr session.

Here's a couple pics after my first workout week 1

Felt weak asf prior to training almost had zero motivation, Had a decent roast for dinnerbso wasn't feeling overfull. Waited a few hours after dinner before I trained.

Had a scoop of C4 Pre a synergy 7 and 2 scoops of creatine for a pre workout.

Trained 1hr and finished off with some light 7kg hammer curls and zottmans till failure to end the session

Food intake has increased, week 2 I'll be adjusting my calories and tracking my weight via my app tracking scales app. Currently sitting around 83.3 Kgs and hoping to be at 90kg in the next 6-8 Weeks Anything over that is a bonus but my main goal I'm hoping to hit is 95Kg at the end of this 14 Weeks.

Felt good training and getting back into it, I am training with sciatic nerve pain behind the knee and a left shoulder that's been a bit tender but nonetheless it's mind over matter and I'm hoping when I add the Tribolin into the mix it helps with pain relief and rapid recovery.

Has anyone used this before?
I've eard food things about international protein but I've never used it myself. Was also wondering what a good Casein protein was anyone would recommend?

Keep adjusting those cals and tracking your progress. Tbh 90kg in 6-8 weeks is ambitious but it's great to have a target. I'd watch out for those pain areas..last thing you want is a major injury.

I haven’t tried International Protein. For casein, Optimum Nutrition would be my choice. Your stack looks decent..creatine, magnesium & zinc are always key. Herbs and blends don't know much but heard they can be hit or miss. Adding liver detox is smart with Sus250.

Yeah I think I was tired when I wrote that I meant more so at the end of the cycle I'd like to bit sitting at around 90kgs 😂 Bit too ambitious if you ask me 6-8 Weeks haha.
 
So I went out of my comfort zone and pinned 1Ml in my thigh, outer quad where I researched a good site for pinning. My mate said he preferred it as opposed to glutes. I pinned Sunday evening and now have pretty bad P.I.P. I had two rostered days off but due to this cyclone they've asked me to work tomorrow and my leg is corked. Currently got a heat pack on it and have been using an ice pack too. Any other tips on relieving P.I.P I've been hobbling around like a cripple for 24 Hours and I'm over it!

Picked up my new protein today, tastes amazing and I can see myself enjoying a few shakes a day with this one.

Shoutout to @MONZ for reminding me of Optimum Nutrition for the Casein powder too! Salmon for dinner will have to update with pics and I'll do my best to smash out some training tonight.

Good on you brother for getting back into it. If you’re feeling weak before training, might need some carbs beforehand something simple like oats, rice cakes with honey or a banana with protein. You should focus on steady progression by adding weight or reps each week.If shoulders feel off, swap upright rows for lateral raises. If biceps are cooked by the end, hit them earlier when you’re fresher. Recovery is key so get at least 30-40g of protein post-workout. A simple push/pull/legs split might help keep things balanced.

Nice bro! Is the leg better?

You're going to get that with quads. Might take a fair few pins before it stops corking. Make sure you rotate all body parts when pinning, don't just do your quads all the time.
 
Hey everyone, I haven't been able to log, train or even eat anything very nutritious due to the extreme weather conditions, losing electricity, good shortages and all of the food I had and meal preps being spoiled amidst the chaos.

I'll return as soon as some order is restored here on the Goldy!
