Diet Overview:
Diet aim is the typical high protein low carb. Clean food homecooked meals for every meal and pretty much just protein bars in between. Aiming for this phase to be as close to maintenance calories as possible and getting at least 170g of protein.
Training Schedule:
I am at the gym every lunch break, 5 days a week for 40-50 minutes. Currently doing a brosplit with each muscle group getting worked twice a week, once with a big compound and once with isolations. I also do two 1-hour martial arts classes as some extra cardio along with trying to maximise what I get incidentally.
Goal:
Improve BF %, initial goal is 20%. I want to be strong and look strong.
Health Status:
I’m in good health with no major medical conditions.
I'm treading water at the gym and with my fat loss, I need to change something, so I am either gaining muscle and progressing my lifts or dropping the fat, preferably as both as possible, which is what brings me here.
Absolutely welcome any advice as the amount of information out there about this topic is huge and somewhat overwhelming.
