12 Week Cycle:
12 weeks 40mg Anavar (20g AM/PM)

250mg Test E twice a week for 12 weeks

AI & PCT:
Clomid 50mg every other day for 6 weeks or longer if needed, 1-2 weeks after finishing, unless I feel fine.

Diet Overview:
Diet aim is the typical high protein low carb. Clean food homecooked meals for every meal and pretty much just protein bars in between. Aiming for this phase to be as close to maintenance calories as possible and getting at least 170g of protein.

Training Schedule:
I am at the gym every lunch break, 5 days a week for 40-50 minutes. Currently doing a brosplit with each muscle group getting worked twice a week, once with a big compound and once with isolations. I also do two 1-hour martial arts classes as some extra cardio along with trying to maximise what I get incidentally.

Goal:
Improve BF %, initial goal is 20%. I want to be strong and look strong.

Health Status:
I’m in good health with no major medical conditions.

I'm treading water at the gym and with my fat loss, I need to change something, so I am either gaining muscle and progressing my lifts or dropping the fat, preferably as both as possible, which is what brings me here.
Absolutely welcome any advice as the amount of information out there about this topic is huge and somewhat overwhelming.
First order of business is bloodwork.

Very smart to get your bloods done first!

For your first cycle, don't do orals brother. Just do a simple Test cycle. 12 weeks, 250mg test (split into 2) is fine.

During this cycle, focus on your foods and training/cardio. The goal should be too loose as much BF and retain muscle. I'm sure you can achieve this with test and diet. Just need to be dedicated and focused. We can help and guide you, post your training and foods here which will keep you acountable. The brothers (and me) here will help where we can.

definitely on the right track @hubbles i would definitely recommend a slight deficit with food my man
but increase protein to around 200g PD
Absolutely, will be prioritizing 200g protein, I figure the calories I can experiment with as I go.

I had a lot of the same hesitation, but I think I'm comfortable with the risk vs reward. We shall see how I go.

If you’re picking between Anavar and Test E, go with Test E to keep your strength up while shedding fat. Your workout split hits all the right spots but maybe toss in some supersets for extra burn. The martial arts classes for cardio are perfect!
 
You've definitely got the framework there! Find the sweet spot for your calories and focus on progressive overload in your training, you'll be looking solid in no time.
 
Nothing exciting, kids shared one of the million cold variants with me I missed the gym yesterday, but back there today and still pushing ahead as best I can.
