I'm finding it better for recovery and for putting on size.do you find training 4 days a week better for your body with 3 rest days

With morning workouts, do you eat beforehand or train with an empty stomach?
With me, I like training mid-afternoon about an hour before I've eaten.
I always have 2 peanut & jelly sambos and home made rice pudding around 1:30am then a double scoop of protein powder post work out have next meal about 2hrs laterI have 220g of Chobani yoghurt
1 chopped banana
100g of mixed berries and
2 tbsp of organic honey
