Cable crossovers chest 3x12
Dumbbell lateral raises 3x12
Wide grip cable pulldowns 3x12

Rope pushdowns 3x12
Cable bicep curls 3x12
Hey brother welcome to the forum. Your workout looks strong overall. You could consider adding a heavy compound lift like a barbell press? Or do you do that on other days?

Barbell squats 5x5 150kg
Leg press. 4x10 200kg
Leg extensions 4x25 60kg
Sitting hamstring curls 4x25 35kg
Laying hamstring curls 4x15 50kg
Standing calf raises 4x15 85kg
Sitting calf raises 4x25 60kg

With morning workouts, do you eat beforehand or train with an empty stomach?

With me, I like training mid-afternoon about an hour before I've eaten.

I have 220g of Chobani yoghurt
1 chopped banana
100g of mixed berries and
2 tbsp of organic honey
before my morning workouts

I'll try that next time.
nowhere near as healthy as what your eating brother but i P/J sambos & rice pudding washed
down with 2 scoops pump juice & 2 scoops of pre just always been my go to at the time i train
let me know what you think if your serious about having p/j Sambos about a hour before hitting the weights
