Been Slack as updating my comp blog sorry guys, Work life balance took a bit of a hit and every time I have sat down to do something someone has wanted something.

So still been training still been eating still been pinning.

I must be making some progress, as yesterday during school pick up my daughter gets in the car and says I think you have it your goal.
was like why is that baby, because I am still a fair way away from it.

Well Dad, I was walking out of class and Mr Vamploon stopped me and said Hey I saw your dad earlier, The guy who always wears a hat and is like GRRR ( with a hulk flex at her)

We both had a great chuckle in the car, Next is insuring all them Crusty musty boys know who your dad is right!

Also have really been working hard to develop my legs and have been loving pushing myself on hack squats
This week I got 2 reps (one more than last week) at 180kg
 
So, cause I had a quick boy's trip away the boss has taken 4 days for a girl's trip and headed up to the NT to explore heading to Kakadu for a tour, hike and camping. so, on my own with my 1st and 2nd place which is great

hit legs early morning yesterday not a huge one but effective. have been trying to work on different squat movements as I struggle with Barbell squat hurting the bone on my neck and the bar rolling up my traps

yesterday my heavy movement was pendulum squat machines which is a much smoother movement and less strain on other areas.

workout was
3 sets of kneeling leg curls working up to 10 reps at 65kg isolated legs
4 sets of pendulum squat working up to 10 reps at 100kgs
3 sets seated leg curl working up to 10 reps at 110kg
3 sets on the naughty girl with top set at 131kg for 13 reps

only 56min in the gym but struggled walking out the gym and had a busy Friday to continue getting things done.
 
what no one will tell you when you loss weight and get lean is you get so cold so easy, last week we all went to luna park as a family and was a stunning day sun blue skies about 18deg but the wind chill killed me

ordered few new oversize Gym shirts other week ( 3xl ) nice heavy cotton and not clingy to the body which i prefer.

HAPPY MONDAY AND FIRST DAY OF SPRING! ALMOST SUMMER SO BETTER GET SHREDDED BOYS!

Started the day with a lovely injection to the Ass mix of Test and Mas supplied by our trusted vendor @gearmaniac101
Sitting at a light 94.6kg this morning as I try an aggressive cut to finish off this last few weeks and trim the little big of fat put on around love handles and tummy

been making my cream of rice from Cooked jasmine rice and blending it of late so here is the secret
250g cooked jasmine + 200ml high protein oat milk + scoop of your choice of protein powder and blend till texture you like. eat this cold from fridge or warmed up in microwave pre gym !

School run as the boss still away and then it on to the gym for Push day! wahooo however much prefer pull day still!

Cold Creamy Rice has been my go-to breakfast during my cutting phase for the last competition. 250g of cooked jasmine rice is an ideal portion. Unfortunately, I currently only have 25g of granular rice available for my first meal if I decide to go with that option. The choc protien drip looks amazing on top, great presentation!

Gotta have the chocolate drip for the instagram you know. Ha ha

I was making it from rice flour but I couldn't get the texture right and the blended jasmine just tastes so much better

Thank you 😊 felt i lost a bit of definition on the higher calories but think it will strip back rather quickly

Hoping for a awesome end of comp photo and impressive final dexa scan

Just need to learn how to pose and have the balls to use the posing room at the gym ha ha
 
Don't know about you guys but was an awesome morning for me, the wife returned back from her girl's trip. nice to have the family complete again.

nothing to exciting happening rest of the day is filled with teams' meetings, getting my steps and general house duties.
