Ha haCold Creamy Rice has been my go-to breakfast during my cutting phase for the last competition. 250g of cooked jasmine rice is an ideal portion. Unfortunately, I currently only have 25g of granular rice available for my first meal if I decide to go with that option. The choc protien drip looks amazing on top, great presentation!
