After some discussion with a few wiser people than myself, I have changed up my Macros for my growth phase. as even with the additional 500 - 800cal per day my weight was not changing
I was pretty much advised my carb intake was too low and we needed to raise this up. so I now have a target of around 400g min per day of carbs keeping around 200-250g in protein and the remaining in Fats
target Calories are still sitting 3500 per day.
few meals I have been having of late now i have extra or a more carb focused diet.
