Pre-Gym meal - 250ml high protein oat milk 50ml water aminoz Strawberry powder, 1 boil egg

Pre-work - 2 scoops Krupt Villan Grape with 10g creatine

Got to the gym by 4:00am with the focus today on just trying to enjoy the workout starting up with the plate loaded seated shoulder press - 4 sets - 30kg, 60kg, 80kg, 90kgs, shoulders feeling warm lets stretch out the chest with some slow paused incline barbell bench press - 4 sets - 60kg,70kg,70kg, 70kg - really focused on the deep stretch and pause at just above the chest.

My leg movements have been lacking a little so off to the leg equipment - Kneeling Hamstring curls for 5 sets of isolated leg curls - 30kg, 40kg, 55kg, 60kg, 45kg.

Still trying to grow me a set of meaty juicy 🐮 attached to the ends of my legs so let make then burn like they are being turned in to hamburgers - standing calf raises with the focus of squeezing at the top like they owe me money 3 sets - 125kg,145kg, 165kg. nice and warm now it's over to Seated Calf raise pushing high rep 15 to 20reps per set - 40kg, 60kg, 60kg, 40kg. they are screaming to stop so jumped on the leg press of that opposite deep stretch you can get doing calf rises on the leg press - high reps' light weight - 40kg, 60kg, 80kg

Personally, I love finishing on cable work, so I have to finish with single arm rear fly, lateral raise, triceps extensions and bicep curls. I work on getting 4 sets of each with weight I can get 15 reps per set.

Off home to see the family before school and work and also to EAT!

Daddy duties- Hype up my 13yr daughter after typical teen girl dramas at school with friends jumping to other groups, Lasoo my 7yrs second daughter who is running around house in full WWE destroyer mode finally get her to stand still to brush her hair and we all pile in the car, chuck our morning Hype song on and try get everyone pumped to be alive blessed and healthy.

Drive to gym sipping on Krupt Villian Grape Pre-work with 10g creatine, how good is it when peak hour traffic flows and you aren't caught in traffic in full pre-workout peek mood!

Have had a busy "real world life" this week so don't have a huge amount of time for gym but let's get in and just do something
1 hour max I told myself, so we got 4 movements we going to squeeze in

  1. 5 sets on the iso-lateral plate loaded bench press - 60kg,80kg,100kg,120kg,100kg
  2. 4 sets on Yates pull over machine - 60kg, 80kg,80kg,80kg
  3. 3 sets of Incline pin loaded chest press - 60kg,80kg,100kg
  4. 3 sets seated cable row with a narrow v handle - 70kg,90kg,90kg
And we are out of the gym and on the way home for food, shower and meetings today.
After Gym - 250ml high protein oat milk with aminoz strawberry, 200ml egg white and 150g extra lean beef.

not a huge workout but better something than nothing!

Sitting at 94kg dry this morning feeling lean and strong

Good work, better to do something that nothing. I've done a few sessions where I've just gone in and done squats. Had 35 min max including shower than ran back to work for meeting and had to constatnly wipe the sweat away :D

Now boys, I am unsure if it is the new cycle (however is bit early I think) or more calories but Boys I feel on top of the world. Yesterday and today woke up in a banger mood! Seriously just full of joy!

Walked into the gym almost with a smile on my face, got a nob from the PT i would normally pass with my head down looking at the floor. I walked into the gym today for the first time not feeling intimidated or out of place like I didn't belong here.

now maybe because I was feeling full of dopamine and endorphins I might have just spent too long in the gym so I will just add the photo instead of listing everything

Back home to find my two kids on the sofas under the blankets, both snuffling and yup some bug from school so both will spend the day home resting.

Tried out my new Valhalla lift wear long sleeve top today as was 3 degrees heading to the gym! wish it was a little longer in the torso

and I join the 5 other mentally insane people in the gym - My focus today was going to be shoulders and arms and wanted to try a machine I was recommend using so I can eventually do weighted dips!
  1. 4 sets of reverse fly machine - 54kg,86kg,82kg,89kg
  2. 4 sets 45deg Iso-lateral Shoulder press -20kg, 50kg, 50kg, 70kg
  3. 4 sets standard plate load shoulder press - 40kg, 80kg, 100kg, 80kg
  4. 4 sets Seated Dip plate load done on 45deg forward for chest - 40kg,80kg,100kg,100kg
  5. 4 sets of reverse grip cable curls - 15kg,20kg,25kg,20kg
  6. 3 sets standard bicep cable curls- 25kg,30kg,35kg
  7. 4 sets single arm triceps cable extensions - 10kg,15kg,15kg,17.5kg
  8. 3 sets of preacher curl pin machine - 46kg,60kg,74kg

then it was time to head home for food, Dad duties so the boss could get to work, house chores and fit in a bit of kick to kick with my youngest daughter on the oval ( Aus kick came to school so AFL is the rage)

Got home with an awesome shoulder and Trap pump (I thought i was impressive anyway :ROFLMAO: )

Brother ur on track Hey, very disciplined and not easy when there's family kids etc, I salute U mate 👍
won't lie some days are harder than others, but we all got out challenges. I am lucky in the way I really like being a father and doing the dad duties. I know I have other mates which really mentally struggle doing school lunches, homework and school pick-up

will be a rest day today, family church maybe lunch at a restaurant and walk the dog.

think I will be heading on an overnight regional run tomorrow so will need to pack the overnight bag and look at where i can train. oh and cook some meals for the road!
