Know we start our mornings with the triple S (Sh it, shower and Scales) with morning dry weight of 94.6kg
Second Injection of L carnitine (600mg/L) 1ml Glute injection - again zero PIP
Can not wait to hit the gym this morning, have been missing my early morning sessions this week
Pre-work meal- 250ml high protein oat milk with Max's shred system chocolate, 2 slices of whole meal toast with light peanut butter
Bit of a mixed bag workout as Saturdays are just that extra day for me
Start with incline Barbell to try and grow them DDs but also find it a nice warm up and stretch - 4 sets (50kg x 15, 60kg x 10, 80kg x 9, 80kg x 6)
Now the chest is warm, time to warm the backup my fav is the Pull over machine, I find this such a great stretch focused on driving my elbows down and slowly letting the weight and bar up - 4 sets (50kg x18, 70kg x 14, 90kg x 8, 90kg x 8)
Hit the pec deck next to squeeze them Titties together 4 sets (75kg x 13, 96kg x 9, 110kg x 4 just to see if I could, 75kg x 10)
spun myself around for some reverse flies - 3 sets (61kg x 12, 75kg x 10, 61kg x 15)
then just a little arm workout on the cables with 2 super sets
Reverse curls with V handle pushdowns - 3 sets each
Bicep curls Ezy bar with Triceps extensions Isolated arms just holding cable - 3 sets each
Not a huge workout but nice to be in the gym early and back home before the family woke to ensure we could all have breakfast together.
