Got to the gym by 4:00am with the focus today on just trying to enjoy the workout starting up with the plate loaded seated shoulder press - 4 sets - 30kg, 60kg, 80kg, 90kgs, shoulders feeling warm lets stretch out the chest with some slow paused incline barbell bench press - 4 sets - 60kg,70kg,70kg, 70kg - really focused on the deep stretch and pause at just above the chest.
My leg movements have been lacking a little so off to the leg equipment - Kneeling Hamstring curls for 5 sets of isolated leg curls - 30kg, 40kg, 55kg, 60kg, 45kg.
Still trying to grow me a set of meaty juicy
attached to the ends of my legs so let make then burn like they are being turned in to hamburgers - standing calf raises with the focus of squeezing at the top like they owe me money 3 sets - 125kg,145kg, 165kg. nice and warm now it's over to Seated Calf raise pushing high rep 15 to 20reps per set - 40kg, 60kg, 60kg, 40kg. they are screaming to stop so jumped on the leg press of that opposite deep stretch you can get doing calf rises on the leg press - high reps' light weight - 40kg, 60kg, 80kg
Personally, I love finishing on cable work, so I have to finish with single arm rear fly, lateral raise, triceps extensions and bicep curls. I work on getting 4 sets of each with weight I can get 15 reps per set.
Off home to see the family before school and work and also to EAT!
