4:00AM alarm - Bit of a different tune of the day -Danca Kuduro🔊
Know we start our mornings with the triple S (Sh it, shower and Scales) with morning dry weight of 94.6kg
Second Injection of L carnitine (600mg/L) 1ml Glute injection - again zero PIP

Can not wait to hit the gym this morning, have been missing my early morning sessions this week
Pre-work meal- 250ml high protein oat milk with Max's shred system chocolate, 2 slices of whole meal toast with light peanut butter

Bit of a mixed bag workout as Saturdays are just that extra day for me
Start with incline Barbell to try and grow them DDs but also find it a nice warm up and stretch - 4 sets (50kg x 15, 60kg x 10, 80kg x 9, 80kg x 6)

Now the chest is warm, time to warm the backup my fav is the
Pull over machine, I find this such a great stretch focused on driving my elbows down and slowly letting the weight and bar up - 4 sets (50kg x18, 70kg x 14, 90kg x 8, 90kg x 8)

Hit the pec deck next to squeeze them Titties together 4 sets (75kg x 13, 96kg x 9, 110kg x 4 just to see if I could, 75kg x 10)
spun myself around for some reverse flies - 3 sets (61kg x 12, 75kg x 10, 61kg x 15)

then just a little arm workout on the cables with 2 super sets
Reverse curls with V handle pushdowns - 3 sets each
Bicep curls Ezy bar with Triceps extensions Isolated arms just holding cable - 3 sets each

Not a huge workout but nice to be in the gym early and back home before the family woke to ensure we could all have breakfast together.

Some interesting discussion in the AGW Telegram chat this morning around Intra workout drinks - I currently just drink water during my workouts, would be great to hear some recommendations on favorite Intra workout drinks and why

Had been reading alot in to injectable L carnitine (now been told it has bad pip) so thought I would give it a go pre-workout

Taurine i had been researching for my wife and seems can help symptoms of carpal tunnel so figure I can sneak.it in her morning shakes see if it helps

Interested to hear how the injectable carnitine goes, heard lots of good things however heard it’s painful as well
 
Tell me fellow gym whores, Why (if you have kids) do they have to niggle each other as soon as you leave the room, Wednesday so its injection day and was running bit behind so made the two kiddies their breakfast and said I just have to get ready DO NOT FIGHT!

Get in the bathroom and draw up my injection and about to stab my butt cheeky when they start at each other, I tense just as I stab and rush the injection leaving me with a corked butt on a morning, I planned to do some legs.

Any way let's get these bundles of joy to school and pray peak hour traffic is going to be kind to me.
Shove a 250ml almond milk and Max's super shred shake down and a peanut butter sandwich, chuck 2 scoops of krupt Grape in the shaker for the drive back and we are out the gates!

Traffic is flowing telling me 25min to get 17km to the gym have to love this, 25min to sip the pre-workout and crank some music (Seph Schlueter) singing at top of my lungs rocking out in my car while all the 9-5 workers look like they want to go back to bed!

Wanted to make @Minivan proud so I took my pink shaker and booty shorts to do some cutesy 200kg leg press super set with calf press on the leg press after each set - 5 sets working my way from 80kg,120kg,160kg, 200kg, 200kg) and 3 sets of calf press maxing out at the 160kg mark.

over to the kneeling Leg curl (isolated leg) for 4 sets (40kg,50kg,60kg,65kg) paired nicely with standing calf raises 3 sets (115kg,145kg,155kg) making sure to squeeze at the top like someone owes me money!

over to the Incline bench for 4 sets (45kg,60kg,80kg,80kg) focused on a good pause at the bottom holding just off my chest.

hit two back movements just for the stretch, I have been loving the Pullover machine of late and a few sets of seated cable rows. just light weight to stretch the body out.

Was a little mentally scattered and not very focused to called it a day and headed home to finish up some work and eat!

two shots down, I know many guys say daily but I think I will stick to planned training days. The last two injections have been 1ml (600mg) just out of easy to draw a full ML, both taken in the Butt! both experienced zero PIP.
It is thick, like real thick!

The plan was just to get up and walk the dog before the family woke, however Winter is here, and this means so is the rain.
So, in the car and off to the gym!

5 cars in the carpark, guess everyone is either away for long weekend or they are tucked in to their warm beds!
if I cannot walk the dog, I should train my legs.

after a bit of a chat with @YAT35Y last night about some old school training (21s) I thought why not give this ago today
Starting with seated isolated Leg extensions 5 sets - 35kg x 10, 40kg x 10, 50kg x 10, 60kg x 8 - then 30kg for 21s - 7 bottom partials, 7 top partials, 7 full range - Quads are burning so over to hamstrings

Kneeling leg curl isolated legs - 5 sets with 5th ending with 21s - 30kg x 15, 40kg x 15, 50kg x 10, 60kg x 8, 30kg for 21s
one of my fav leg exercises next standing 🐮 calf raise ensuring we go all the way heels to ground and squeeze right to the top like someone owes us money - 5 sets - 105kg x 10, 145kg x 12, 165kg x 10, 175kg x7, 105kg x 15

Would a day training legs be complete without some good girl and bad girls?
starting with good girls for 4 sets - 54kg x15, 82kg x 15, 103kg x 15, 117kg x 10
over to be a naughty girl for 5 sets - 45kg x 15, 68kg x 15, 96kg x 12, 117kg x 10, 56kg x 25

just a short and sweet workout and back home in time for breakfast with the family and off to church.

will be a chilled quiet afternoon, kids normally get some tv time while I cook my rice and weight out my meat for the week. also bit of time up sleeve so will cook them a nice meal - both have requested gnocchi for dinner so guess that is what will be on the menu tonight!

16 Weeks sounds like a long time, however we both know it really isn't very long at all only like 672 meals and 80 to 90 workouts!

We go this but and think we both can make some great progress!

Breakfast and pre gym meal - 150g 90/10 beef mince, 200ml Egg whites and an avocado
2 scoops of Krupt Villian Grape flavor with 10g Creatine​
Boss got home so tag team and off to the gym for a quick workout so she can go to bed, and I can watch the kiddies!

Kicking off with Incline barbell bench 5 sets working up in weights 40kg,50kg,70kg,80kg then over to the Iso-lateral bench I much prefer this over barbell bench for the movement but also, I can push right to failure without killing myself under a barbell. 4 sets of 100kg on this each set taken to failure and only able to do partial reps.


I always like to give my back a bit of a workout after chest movements so over to the Yates style pullover machine for 4 sets - 60kg for 15reps followed by 3 sets at 80kg pushed to failure with only half movements able to be performed.
Running low on time rush over to other side of the gym to the cable area for 3 quick 80kg sets of seated rows with a narrow handle and cable lateral raises (love these) 3 sets at 10kg for 15 reps

Home time and let the boss sleep!

As a family we would normally enjoy a cheat meal together on a Sunday after church however with today being a public holiday and both kids getting a study day tomorrow we decided we will go out tonight for dinner with the family request being dumplings!

I’ve run it before and it can sting depending on the batch. Best tip I got was to warm it up in your hand before pinning and keep the dose low. You can also go oral carnitine, takes longer to feel but no PIP.
