Sundays are normally a non-training day, as on the 7th day god rested. So my Sundays are normally family, church and more famliy.
However, We couldn't start a comp without hitting the Gym to make a positive start.
So, 4am and 5degress shoveling in the first meal of the day so it could have time to settle before a small workout.
2 Scoops of Cracked Currant Krupt Pre-work and we are in the car blasting some tunes.
had been a little this week with leg movements and you know if we standing in church we are going to need a filthy shoulder and arm pump to let the other men know we go gym now.
a basic short session
4 sets of single leg seated leg extensions
4 sets of kneeling Leg curls
3 sets of standing calf raise
3 sets of reverse fly machine
4 sets of cable bicep curls with Ezy bar
3 sets of cable lateral raise
3 sets of single arm cable triceps extensions
3 sets of seated triceps extensions (reverse preacher curl machine)
then it was home to feed the 2 trophies, listen to the wife scream she has nothing to wear as she changes cloths 47 times only to put back on same outfit and complain we are going to be late to church.
chilled afternoon prepping rice and chicken for the week.
