Think the real work was dont when I was a fatty boombah and they had to struggle daily carrying my fat butt 🙃

But I dont mind training calves rest of my leg ugh not a fan but try put the work in.

So many great physiques on here to keep me motivated
 
BUZZZ BUZZ BUZZZ 4am alarm - Drag these old bones out of bed and into a hot shower

There was no way I was cooking this morning and risking waking the 3 gremlins which live in my house before 7am so took what should be my afternoon meal and had it as a pre gym meal-
200ml high protein oat milk, 50ml water scoop of max's shred system
2 slices of bread with 22g of peanut butter

dressed for mm success? I don't know but we 4:30am we are in the car. Bit of Forrest Frank to lift me up while sipping on Grape pre-workout

typical winter morning - 5deg and wet - pull up at the gym and you know it will be a good workout when you roll in to your favorite parking spot.

My standard full body one area focused workout with some more back and shoulder focus.

We got to start with them Close grip seated cable rows (one of my fav movements) 5 sets (60kg,80kg,90kg,90kg,70kg)
followed by the pull over machine made famous by Dorian Yates - I have only recently found this machine in the gym and wow if you have not used it what are you waiting for! Smash out 5 sets (40kg,60kg,70kg,80kg,80kg)

Then feeling bit tight in the back so need to get a bit of a stretch so it's over to the Incline barbell bench with the focus being a deep stretch and pause at the bottom 4 sets here (40kg,60kg,70kg,70kg)

over to the pin loaded machines on other side of the gym for some seated shoulder press -4 sets ( 80kg,100kg,120kg,90kg) and finish the workout with cable work!

Cables going to focus on isolated arm movements - Reverse fly (45deg across body), Triceps extensions, lateral raises and finishing up with EZY bar bicep curls for that pump to walk out looking good. :ROFLMAO:

time to head back home to see the family before school and work - Oh and eat, we have to get them meals in to grow they tell me.

After gym meal - 2 slices of Whole meal bread, 200ml Egg whites, 150g 90/10 mince and little queens' sugar free maple for the toast

quick 20min on the walking pad before first teams meeting and life kicks in.

Tell me fellow gym whores, Why (if you have kids) do they have to niggle each other as soon as you leave the room, Wednesday so its injection day and was running bit behind so made the two kiddies their breakfast and said I just have to get ready DO NOT FIGHT!

Get in the bathroom and draw up my injection and about to stab my butt cheeky when they start at each other, I tense just as I stab and rush the injection leaving me with a corked butt on a morning, I planned to do some legs.

Any way let's get these bundles of joy to school and pray peak hour traffic is going to be kind to me.
Shove a 250ml almond milk and Max's super shred shake down and a peanut butter sandwich, chuck 2 scoops of krupt Grape in the shaker for the drive back and we are out the gates!

Traffic is flowing telling me 25min to get 17km to the gym have to love this, 25min to sip the pre-workout and crank some music (Seph Schlueter) singing at top of my lungs rocking out in my car while all the 9-5 workers look like they want to go back to bed!

Wanted to make @Minivan proud so I took my pink shaker and booty shorts to do some cutesy 200kg leg press super set with calf press on the leg press after each set - 5 sets working my way from 80kg,120kg,160kg, 200kg, 200kg) and 3 sets of calf press maxing out at the 160kg mark.

over to the kneeling Leg curl (isolated leg) for 4 sets (40kg,50kg,60kg,65kg) paired nicely with standing calf raises 3 sets (115kg,145kg,155kg) making sure to squeeze at the top like someone owes me money!

over to the Incline bench for 4 sets (45kg,60kg,80kg,80kg) focused on a good pause at the bottom holding just off my chest.

hit two back movements just for the stretch, I have been loving the Pullover machine of late and a few sets of seated cable rows. just light weight to stretch the body out.

Was a little mentally scattered and not very focused to called it a day and headed home to finish up some work and eat!

Thanks, Tren is still in the top draw, I hear its little whispers but still on the fence. still doing bit more research on if i am better off running it at the start while adding more calories to help me grow or if better to wait till final 6 weeks when in deficit to help look better - Open to thoughts
I'd do like @hubbles said. Try it at 200mg a week, split into 2 pins.

How did we get here already, day 5 and Thursday begins!

It Daddy duties again today and must be the change in weather or maybe the new PJs the kids wore to bed but for first time this week they haven't woke up and chosen war with each other! they were loving and kind WTF :rolleyes: Going to shut up and just accept it!

564Cal for breakfast - 150g 90/10 beef mince, 200ml Egg whites, 2 slices of toast each with 11g of light peanut butter

Dad dress, kids dress, 2 scoops Krupt Grape in the Shaker and we are in the car ZOOOM off we go!

Kick the kids out the car, it's Dad time now! the volume button maxed out and there was not a cloud in the sky a perfect blue sky we going to hype the day up with Forrest Frank or as annoy the kids Frank green

Pulling up at the gym just before 8:50am, the tradies and office workers have left the gym and this only leave a gym full of Soccer mummies, OF girls and the young Sarm goblins!

warming up with a bit of chest to get the old body moving, 4 sets on incline bench (60kg,70kg,80kg,80kg) then over to the iso-lateral bench plate machine 3 sets at 100kg because I couldn't be bothered removing what someone left on it.

now body warm, on to some shoulder work hitting the Seated Shoulder press for 4 sets (70kg,100kg,120kg,90kg) then a very rare sight for me dumbbell work 3 sets of Front and lateral raises followed by cable reverse fly!

Finishing the workout with a quick super set of Triceps pushdown with V handle and EZY bar Bicep curls.

This competition, forum and Telegram chat has pushed me so far out of my comfort zone I feel my confidence has increase so much, the level of support and encouragement has been fantastic for my mental health, Self-esteem and overall health!

So thank you fellow Gym Whores!

Yes, that's the best tactic for your first time. Tren A, you'd typically want to pin every other day. If you're doing 200mg a week, best to split that into 3 injections, like around 65-70mg each time.
Thank you, now it's just building the confidence to take that step into the dark side and pray not to become a Tren goblin

Had been reading alot in to injectable L carnitine (now been told it has bad pip) so thought I would give it a go pre-workout

Taurine i had been researching for my wife and seems can help symptoms of carpal tunnel so figure I can sneak.it in her morning shakes see if it helps
 
PINCH AND A PUNCH FOR THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH AND THE 2025 AUSSIE GYM WHORE BODY TRANSFORMATION COMP!

Sundays are normally a non-training day, as on the 7th day god rested. So my Sundays are normally family, church and more famliy.
However, We couldn't start a comp without hitting the Gym to make a positive start.

So, 4am and 5degress shoveling in the first meal of the day so it could have time to settle before a small workout.
2 Scoops of Cracked Currant Krupt Pre-work and we are in the car blasting some tunes.

had been a little this week with leg movements and you know if we standing in church we are going to need a filthy shoulder and arm pump to let the other men know we go gym now.

a basic short session
4 sets of single leg seated leg extensions
4 sets of kneeling Leg curls
3 sets of standing calf raise
3 sets of reverse fly machine
4 sets of cable bicep curls with Ezy bar
3 sets of cable lateral raise
3 sets of single arm cable triceps extensions
3 sets of seated triceps extensions (reverse preacher curl machine)

then it was home to feed the 2 trophies, listen to the wife scream she has nothing to wear as she changes cloths 47 times only to put back on same outfit and complain we are going to be late to church.

chilled afternoon prepping rice and chicken for the week.

NATIONAL CAN'T BE F FRIDAY - TUNE OF THE DAY - COUNT'EM - BRADON LAKE

Been stuck on school runs 4 out of 5 days this week so has messed up being able to do 4am training, however when its 4deg outside is nice to stay in bed till 6am.

Starting the morning with my injection of test and Mast and added a new compound to the mix L Carnitine
now a lot of guys said they experienced bad PIP from the brand I purchased however touch wood I did a 1ml injection in the glute and no PIP however I did do the injection very slowly.

School run and amazing traffic today so managed to get to the gym just before 9am to meet and train with my friend Aaron who is 6 weeks out from his powerlifting comp (under 90kg division)

Working on his deadlifts today was good for me to train this compound movement and also different style of training to my regular full body style.
Deadlifts 6 sets

  1. 60kg - 12 rep
  2. 100kg - 5 reps
  3. 120kg - 3 reps
  4. 160kg - 1 rep
  5. 172.5kg - 3 reps - this was Aarons working set I could only manage 3 reps

we followed deadlifts up with few back movements - Cable lat pulldowns, Seated Rows cable pull overs and finished with some Arms so we can both leave the gym with that filthy arm pump.

not sure if it's normal but my butt always hurt after deadlifts!

Looking forward to the long weekend here and some downtime with the family.
