Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
I will be entering a growth phase for this comp, increasing my calories to around 3500-4000 depending on how progress and BF increases. I will remain eating a "clean" style diet with focus on foods which can be grown or hunted and avoiding processed foods.

Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
I will continue to train in the style I enjoy with a body part focused full body workout 4-6 days per week
continue to get min 10k steps in per day and possibility increase this to keep BF% low at the higher volume diet.

Goal for the Competition:
to come in the top 3, to be real the competition is great motivation for me and i am hoping now I have cut a lot of body fat off my physique I can
start a growth / bulk phase without putting on an excess amount of Body fat

Overall personal goal to transform from Adam Sandlar dad body to Alan Ritchson Reacher body

PINCH AND A PUNCH FOR THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH AND THE 2025 AUSSIE GYM WHORE BODY TRANSFORMATION COMP!

Sundays are normally a non-training day, as on the 7th day god rested. So my Sundays are normally family, church and more famliy.
However, We couldn't start a comp without hitting the Gym to make a positive start.

So, 4am and 5degress shoveling in the first meal of the day so it could have time to settle before a small workout.
2 Scoops of Cracked Currant Krupt Pre-work and we are in the car blasting some tunes.

had been a little this week with leg movements and you know if we standing in church we are going to need a filthy shoulder and arm pump to let the other men know we go gym now.

a basic short session
4 sets of single leg seated leg extensions
4 sets of kneeling Leg curls
3 sets of standing calf raise
3 sets of reverse fly machine
4 sets of cable bicep curls with Ezy bar
3 sets of cable lateral raise
3 sets of single arm cable triceps extensions
3 sets of seated triceps extensions (reverse preacher curl machine)

then it was home to feed the 2 trophies, listen to the wife scream she has nothing to wear as she changes cloths 47 times only to put back on same outfit and complain we are going to be late to church.

chilled afternoon prepping rice and chicken for the week.

Monday - No Monday blues here

6:15 morning alarm time for Morning routine - poo, shower and scales - 93.4kg
then is was time for my morning injection - First of the new and biggest cycle for me.
Dosage
Test E - 0.5ml (125mg)
Mastron - 0.6ml (120mg)
Monday injection little higher to keep draw volume whole numbers over the 3 injections.
5mg Cialis

Then it was time to quickly prepare meal 1 before my 1st and 2nd trophies awake for school
we are starting our day with
150g of 90/10 beef mince
200ml Egg whites
2 slices of whole meal toast (phyco here no butter on them)
Calories 443 - P 61g - C 29g - F 8g

Then it's time to chase the wild second child around the house feeding her, trying to get her school uniform on and hair brushed so she doesn't look homeless or like she slept outside while screaming at the Teen she doesn't need to be spending 45min in the bathroom doing her hair its only school! What would I know I am a just a man.

In the car and off to school we go, then Fight the Soccer mums in the carpark for 20min to get back out on the road and pray the freeway is not jam packed and my double scoop of Krups pre workout doesn't kick in halfway in stand still traffic.

But like Ice cube once said Today was a good day and traffic played ball

Arrived and was Feeling good - going to push these 17weeks and try my best to put on some good size

Started with some incline bench today as worked my way up to 90kg for 5 reps was very proud to hit this weight.
Workout:
Incline Bench - 6 sets (40kg, 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, 70kg)
Latt pull-over machine plate load - 4 sets
Iso-lateral bench press plate load - 4 sets (3 sets - 100kgs)
Pec-deck -3 sets
Seated Cable rows - 3 sets
single arm triceps extension (cable no attachment) 3 sets
Lateral cable raise (isolated arms) 3 sets
reverse Ezy bar cable curls - 3 sets

then it was home for meal two
Max's shred system shake made with high protein oat milk (200ml and 50ml water)
240ml egg white
170g 95/5 beef mince.

Cycle looks tidy, food’s on point, training’s moving. Curious about the Tren, will you be adding this to the mix?
Thanks, Tren is still in the top draw, I hear its little whispers but still on the fence. still doing bit more research on if i am better off running it at the start while adding more calories to help me grow or if better to wait till final 6 weeks when in deficit to help look better - Open to thoughts

Do 8 weeks to test the water with Acetate. If you can't manage the sides just drop it. You might be surprised.
