Sorry guys been a hectic week ish, resigned from my job… decided I’m sick of people taking advantage and to go out on my own (I’m in landscape construction) had to buy a ute ect. Haven’t missed a session though and this deficit is killing me, as well as my joints getting dry as ****. Bit over 3 and a half weeks left before reverse diet. Also would you believe me if I said I’m on 750 test and my oestrogdial was like 107 lol no AI at all surely the EQ is doing something. In saying that my progesterone is ****ed nipple was getting sore and had no libido I knew it was from the tren progesterone but blood test confirmed it. Was shitting myself cause couldn’t get caber but finally came through ahahaha

Here’s how I’m looking, adding clen on Monday feel I look a little flat but once I reverse diet plus the mass prop should look hectic.

Thoughts… anyone??

Once you start the clen and reverse out with the prop I reckon you’ll fill out nicely.
 
Mate that’s a lot on your plate. Big move going out on your own!

Sure wouldn’t be easy juggling gym through all that, especially on a deficit, respect the effort 👊
Thanks my bro, Honestly dying but just sticking to the routine grinding it out. My 5 month old daughter and wife are a big motivator.

Sleeps cooked, at the point where I’m waking up hoping it’s time to get out of bed and eat lol get so annoyed when I realise I still have like 4hrs before getting up and the tren is Turing the bed to a water mattress lol

To stay dry, I’d put towels on the pillow and on the sheets. This way you can just swap towels in the middle of the night :)
 
last 3 weeks of my cut, added in the Clen starting this week at 20mcg at first I didn’t think it would be enough but by the time I got to the gym I felt so cracked out best workout I’ve had in a while hahaha

Also does anyone know the exact end date of the comp, trying to workout if I should try do a peak week and see how I go ?

My math put the last day as the 28th of September, I might be wrong though.

Just make sure you don’t rush that reverse. I'd ease those cals up slow or you'll undo a lot of the hard work.
Yeah bro apart from the first day im having a fat pizza I’ll be upping cals as follows
- week one: 200cals
- week two: 150cals
- week three:150cals
- week 4: nothing
- week 5: nothing
- week 6: 150cals
I’ll asses each week how I’m going I’ll be on mass prop tren a and test still for this comp ahahah so should hopefully just fill up those muscles and stay shredded ideally lol
 
Just over 2 weeks left on this cut this is where we are at, I feel the clen is giving me almost daily changes not huge but noticeable for me. Tighter skin, leaner on the hips ect it’s definitely given me the boost I needed energy wise and it’s helped the hunger abit

Diet Overview:
Currently in week 9 of my 20 week cut my meals have been and will be the same throughout. Breakfast oats with blueberry’s and honey. Up n go, yakult, chicken thighs. First snack is protein bar and oat bar. Lunch is beef mince and rice. Next snack is a yo pro. After work meal is pasta with beef mince. Then dinner is chicken thighs and rice. Currently dying at 2467 cals. With a re feed days Friday Saturday Sunday upping my total calories by 300 for those days.

Training Schedule:
Train Monday - Friday every week with the occasional stepper and sauna on a the weekend. Training is the same set up just with slight changes to exercises and muscle focuses. Monday- legs quad focused, Tuesday push, Wednesday pull, Thursdaay legs hammy and calves, Friday is full upper.

Goal for the Competition:
loose fat/recomp look absolutely shredded while keeping size

Thanks my bro, I’m currently week 19 ish had a couple blood tests everything as expected prolactin was high so added the caber and I’m Algood tolerating really well!!
