Approved Log My competition log - Brazygiant1

Hey guys,

Updating again after some good continued progress in the gym. Still leaning out and gaining muscle where it’s needed which is keeping things consistent.

Biggest improvements I’ve been noticing oh shakes wise are the back and the biceps. Leaning down definitely helps the back take shape more as the muscle becomes more defined and my arms are looking as full as ever!

Really gonna be focusing on cutting excess fat in the last few weeks of the comp to bring some decent abs to the table, in conjunction with the mass all round.

See below for a progress pic.

Cheers guys
Going hard Brazy but where's the reps, weights, machines. Love to see these brother.

!!!!HUGE SIZE INCOMING!!!!

Hey guys,

So sorry for taking a while since my last update. Had some stuff in life going on but still made sure to get my meals in and train hard. As you’ll see in the progress pics below, I have been making some huge gains especially in the arms and shoulders. Toning up nicely for the end of comp which is coming soon.

A lot of you guys have been asking about my food and reps. At the moment on about 3500 calories and I feel really good here. Also getting my 10,000 steps in every day to make sure I’m burning a bit of extra fat even on rest days.

As for weights and reps, i don’t typically stick to a rep range per se, i just go until i can’t do it anymore. In some cases like the bicep curl machine I have maxed it out already (about 100kg) so i just go until I can’t anymore.

I generally only do pin loaded stuff so I’ll put the pin in anywhere and see if it’s too heavy/light. Generally though I’ll do a weight where I can get 6 good reps in.

Gonna be training and focusing hard last few weeks to take home first place!

Nice update, the only thing I’d throw in is maybe keep a bit more structure around reps and progression. Training to failure works but can burn you out fast. Especially this close to comp. Even with the pin loaded machines tracking a rep range say 6 to 10 and working progressive overload within that will help keep strength and muscle retention tight as you lean down. Something for you to consider 👊💪

!!!HUGE SIZE GAINS!!!

Hey guys,

Reporting now from yesterday’s workout where I mainly focused on back and Bi’s. You’ll clearly see from the progress pics below that my arms and back are leaning out really nicely.

Given my overall size and the fact that my weight is probably hovering around 130kg (300lbs) I think if I can shred a little more fat these next few weeks I can take down the comp!

See progress pics below :)
