Hey guys,

This time I’ll be reporting back from a pretty insane workout on Thursday morning where for some reason I literally exploded on all lifts.

As I mentioned, I’m not really sure what it was, but I felt like I was unstoppable in that gym - every lift went up and the pump/pics were mental.

Thinking back I’m not sure if it would be because I may have had some more sleep that night or something along those lines, but nevertheless, we all have days/workouts that are inexplicably amazing, and the converse is true too.

The most notable individual lift I remember going up was my face pulls. I ended up repping the whole stacks which really made my biceps explode and was another great reminder of my tremendous strength progression in the gym.

Hey guys,

Reporting back form a busy yet restful weekend away from the gym, spent with family.

We had a couple birthdays in the fam this weekend so didn’t have the time to train, but given how crazy my last session was it actually turned out for the better as I’m beaming to hit the weights tomorrow morning.

Overall my weight is inching toward 123 kg despite me losing some some fat which is great to see as it means my lean mass is going up - this is very well reflected in this weeks photos.

In terms of goal/s for the coming week, I’d really like to get close to 125kg whilst simultaneously work towards getting abs. I can see them slightly protruding through my stomach but I have realistically 10 weeks before I can confidently walk around with no shirt and call myself shredded. Hoping it is a short 10 weeks though as teaching that kind of physique goal would be a big first for a challenge like this.

Cheers guys and see you next week for more

Hey guys,

First log of the week discussing Tuesday mornings full body session.

I came into this one with the intention of really targeting the back and shoulders, so I started my session with these movements to ensure I had the most energy. As such, going into my next session, I would start with chest and arms to ensure they got the right amount of attention too. This is one minor adjustment I have made which I hope results in some significant gains as I ensure all muscle groups get a lot of attention in at least one workout per week.

I’ve also noticed (as per my progress photo) that my arms are a getting a lot more vascular as I’ve been leaning out. This is just another indicator that, in addition the the muscle gain, I am dropping fat which is amazing to see and I know I will keep it up during this challenge to achieve an awesome result.

Hey guys,

This log will be an update on Thursdays full body session, where I started with chest and arms to ensure they got the right amount of attention as I have more energy at the start of the workout.

I really felt the difference in the body parts that get worked out at the beginning. I honestly felt like my chest pump lasted the whole day 🤣

I always do cable flies for upper chest and it’s one of those exercises where I feel an intense stretch and isolation of the muscle, so I know I was gonna feel it long after the workout was done.

I also found that my biceps felt really full particularly on this day as they got worked out at the start so I did some heavy sets of curls which really destroyed the muscle and was why I took the next few days off for recovery. Nothing bad like an injury, I just knew I pushed the arms to the absolutel limit and there was little point in going over that.

I can also see my shoulders are really developing. I have been hitting them hard as per usual but they are probably my best body part so I don’t put as much emphasis on them these days. Im still stoked they are growing and keeping up with all the other stuff I’ve been putting more attention to.

See a progress pic below.

Hey guys,

Just checking in with the last log of the day/week letting you know that I’ve been resting since the last workout as I feel some additional rest is deserved and it will allow me to hit the weights that much harder in the coming week 💪.

My whole body is ready to go and I look forward to updating you guys with more pics and stats about how I’m developing asap!

Cheers guys

Age:
24
Current Weight:
122kg
Height:
189cm

Training Experience:
4 years

Cycle Stack: (include compounds, dosages, and duration)

12 Week Cycle:
12 weeks - 500mg Testosterone Enanthate + 400mg Trenbelone Enanthate split up into 2 injections per week.

Supplements Used:
Mutlivitamin
Omega 3 Fish Oil
Berocca

Training Schedule:

At the moment I’m doing 2-3 intense full body sessions per week. I find that the intensity of my workouts warrants extra recovery time, and the extra recovery time in turn allows me to train harder so I definitely go toward a more intense based style of training than volume style.

Goal for the Competition:
Gain as much lean muscle as possible. Ideally have abs coming in and push my weight up to around 125kg.

Health Status
I’m in generally good health with no major medical conditions.

I’ll have a photo up tomorrow morning with my username written
Big cycle, big goals! 500 test + 400 tren combo.

Your training style makes sense with that intensity especially if you’re pushing heavy compound lifts. Just make sure your sleep, food, and recovery are locked in because tren will test all of it. Getting to 125kg with abs is a tough ask but doable if you're tight with the diet and don’t let the bulk get sloppy. Keen to see how you hold condition while pushing the size.

Thank you brother!

Massive respect for logging this and being consistent with the updates bro. At 122kg and 189cm, you’ve already got the frame to move serious weight and with 500 Test / 400 Tren in the mix, you’re sitting on a cycle that can deliver big results... if the training and structure back it up.

Not knocking the full body approach..... it clearly works for you...... but on a stack like that, you might get more out of splitting things up a bit more. Even something like push/pull/legs or upper/lower across 4 days could help you hit each muscle with more quality volume and less fatigue in each session. Tren boosts recovery, so there more room to push without burning out.

Definitely get midcycle bloods. Tren can sneak up on you, especially with lipids and hematocrit.
