Training Experience:
4 years

Cycle Stack: (include compounds, dosages, and duration)

12 Week Cycle:
12 weeks - 500mg Testosterone Enanthate + 400mg Trenbelone Enanthate split up into 2 injections per week.

Supplements Used:
Mutlivitamin
Omega 3 Fish Oil
Berocca

Training Schedule:

At the moment I’m doing 2-3 intense full body sessions per week. I find that the intensity of my workouts warrants extra recovery time, and the extra recovery time in turn allows me to train harder so I definitely go toward a more intense based style of training than volume style.

Goal for the Competition:
Gain as much lean muscle as possible. Ideally have abs coming in and push my weight up to around 125kg.

Health Status
I’m in generally good health with no major medical conditions.

I’ll have a photo up tomorrow morning with my username written

Hey guys, coming at you with my first comp log after todays intense full body session!

Hit just about everything today and had an awesome session. Really feeling the progression in my biceps too as I did the max on the machine and it felt significantly easier than when I first did it a couple of months back.

Also really feeling the back pumps as I’m slowly leaning out. Did some heavy sets of low rows today and felt a deep stretch all over the back and biceps which felt great.

I’ve also maxed out the overhead press machine at my gym which is an awesome feeling, but it is still tough though so my shoulders get a lot of stimulation from getting a few sets of those, and finished off with some cable curls and lateral raises alongside some leg machines for a brutal but rewarding session.

Cheers guys

Hey guys,

Throwing up 2 logs today. This one will be reviewing Tuesday mornings intense full body session.

Really went all out in this one with particular focus on back development so I made sure to hit my back machines first while I had the most energy to do so. I have found that my back has been progressing a lot more now that I’m hitting it 3x a week so I’ve been taking pics from behind to see how I’ve been doing.

As I mentioned in my personal blog before, my chest and back are the two key parts I want to bring up so I generally hit them first during the workout.

As seen in the progress picture below, my arms, and specifically biceps appear to be really full. I think this is because back and bicep movements are generally linked together and so if you hit back first you’re also kind of hitting biceps first too and that’s really reflected in my physique.

Keep up the hard work @BrazyGiant1, the progress photos are looking much better! I have found cable rows and the Yate style pull over machine both great for my back.

Great to see you competing and putting in the work!

Hey guys, here I’ll be reporting on Thursdays full body session.

Since my split is 3 x fully body sessions a week, there workouts tend to be quite repetitive, but any notable progress on a particular lift or area of the physique will always be mentioned.

In this session I really felt a crazy pump in the biceps during face pulle. Instead of doing full range of motion, I actually just lifted it up slightly and held the weight in place (kind of like a static hold) until I couldn’t hold it anymore.

I found I got a crazy amount of tension in the biceps from doing this, and it’s definitely going to be the approach I take with this movement going forward. It also makes me interested to try static holds on other exercises too in order to get more time under tension. Perhaps next week.

I did also find that my waist has been slimming down as of recently. I’ve had this pair of jeans for a while (the one in the picture) and they definitely feel a lot lower which is great to see I’m losing fat in addition to gaining muscle.

Hey guys, reporting back from this mornings intense full body workout.

Carrying on from my previous log, I did make more of an effort to take a static hold approach to some of my lifts instead of opting for full range of motion. This time around I did it with the lateral raise machine.

I increased the weights and lifted it to the highest point and just held it in place as long as I could. I got a crazy amount of time under tension and blood flowing into the muscle which is reflected in how full and big my arms look in the progress photo below.

I have also made significant progress in my rear felt fly.

I actually haven’t used this machine in ages but I put it on 65kg which is a weight I struggled with at one point a while ago and I was able to rep it out with relative ease. Another one of those moments where I reminded myself how far I’ve come.

Hey guys,

This log will be focused on Tuesday mornings full body session, focusing on all areas but with a bit more emphasis on chest and back as these are the body parts can looking to develop even more so they can catch up to the rest of my physique.

One thing I have found about both these areas is that in addition to getting stronger in their respective lifts, they have really started to become more dominant as I have continued to lean out as seen in my progress picture below. The definition is getting increasing rapidly and I’m really stoked about how I’m developing with my new training split of 2-3 intense full body sessions a week as opposed to 4-5 training sessions a week.

See a progress pic below.

Cheers guys.
