I’ve always been very active, grew up playing sports, very athletic, always worked hard physically demanding work long days big weeks, zero rest lol
Train at home generally always have! My father always did and he ran an FDIA gym when i was real young! Done a lot of core and body weight stuff for years but i changed training methods since i have been nursing Osteo in my shoulder for a couple years now!
Anyways..
I recently started a cycle of Test, 250 a week and Anavar 30mg a day, 1 pill every 8 hours!
I take milk thistle, Tudca, Fish oil, creatine monohydrate, Top nutrition extreme mass protein, vitamin C, and a collagen protein water..
I train most days after work and some mornings as well!
Todays efforts were!
4 sets of incline bench 40kg at 12 reps
4 sets of seated curls 16kg at 16 reps
4 sets of skull crushers 6kgs at 20 reps
1 set 50 dips
1 set 50 push up
And thats me nothing special but i get results!
See what tomorrow has in store i guess, cheers..
