Approved Log My $5k Competition Log - Fletch Elliot

Full respect for those who have been logging consistently 👊

I have been training and eating well. Still push/pull/legs. Have implemeted one rest day per week. Anavar at 30mg pre workout have been keeping mind/muscle connection good and still getting insane pumps.

Have noticed some very subtle gyno symptoms after increasing test to 400/week. Have Mast e coming which I will start adding at 300mg/week to mitigate symptoms. A bit late for any real benefits for the comp but interested to see how it helps in both muscle building and minimising estrogenic effects of the test.

Calories intake is a 3000 cals, 3500 on leg days. Weight is at 87.4kgs.

Will post some update pics in the next few days.

I'm thinking to run the test and mast together at that dosage for 12 weeks (unless my hair starts dropping, then possibly switch to primo), then drop back to 150-200mg test/week as a cruise dose.
I think MAST makes everything better @Fletch Elliot, it is a staple when I blast. The hard dryness it produces is next level especially at low BF. Primo give the fullness MAST produces Granite!

If you can get some bloods done to check Test and Estrogen levels. Imed is very simple and private.

Building muscle on my legs has always been challenging. Slowly getting there. Hindsight tells me I should have paid them more attention in my 20's and 30's :ROFLMAO:
