- Oats, whey, raspberry
- Oats & whey w/ 2 eggs & 250ml egg white
Meal 3 options
- 95/5 beef w/ rice, light sour cream & salsa
- Beef schwarma w/ rice
Meal 4 options
- Butter chicken w/ rice
- Chicken schwarma w/ rice
Meal 5 options w/ walnuts always
- Chicken breast w/ brocoli dash of mustard
- chicken schwarma w/ brocoli
- 50g walnuts
Basic but super effective

This is daily.
I try make my meals as enjoyable as possible. That way I allow myself 1 cheat meal a very 2 weeks while on blast. And when I cheat I cheat good a proper.
Right now while I’m on cruise I still continue the meals daily but allow myself a cheat meal every weekend and sometimes I may treat myself to a cookie or a twix.
Twix is my kryptonite so I try to stay away from them

But I’m a massive sucker for big fresh white macadamia cookies. But a cookie is a cookie to me. If it’s baked well and has that bit of a crusted outside with softer inside I turn into a whore and cannot be trusted
