Welcome to AGW brother, good to have you on here.

Sounds like you’ve been doing all the right things. MIght be worth looking at your foods, recovery or even stress. You had any bloods done lately? Sometimes hormones can hold you back without you even realising. But still be good to see what you’re doing training and diet wise too. Plenty of knowledgeable members here would be keen to help.

The bloods will give you a good idea on where you’re at, especially with your testosterone levels.

Have you been on gear before?

I'm feeling good and looking good but I just don't feel like im putting on weight, well I'm definitely putting on weight, but I don't feel it in my training and I'm feeling fairly lathergic. I eat about a gram of protein, but not measuring the carbs I take in, although I eat a lot of low caloric foods I find myself to be eating a lot of brown rice as I have to eat food on the fly for work, protein musli bars etc, but I'm not feeling any stronger and not as much energy as I normally have. I will upload photos of my meals, but ATM I am eating a lot of seafood and salad whether it's salmon or just tins of tuna, chicken and rice (I normally by the tin chicken and packet rice I heat up in the microwave) but I'm thinking of just air frying chicken breast.. I enjoy salads a lot so a lot of tomato, lettuce, spinach, red onion, cucumber... I try to use a low fat and reduced sodium mayo... I'm taking in roughly 3500-4000 calories, I'd like to assume although I'm not pedantic about measuring my food, but I feel like I'm not eating enough as I am only eatijg4-5 times a day which doesn't feel like a lot and my servings aren't awfully big. I was sort of fat at one stage so I'm worried about getting fat again and I think I get. It of anxiety about thinking I'm eating too much when I feel like I'm not eating enough. When I'm feeling less full I usually have a protein shake or a protein up and go and it sort of fills in the gaps but not really. I feel like I've sort of stagnated on strength even though I'm always trying to add even .5kg to my sets and train to failure using drop sets. Maybe I am just worrying about too much because I've noticed a lot of change compared to not much. Attached a photo of what I use to look like

No I haven't been on gear before. Bit nervous to take them to be fair but I think I've built up a good base to start taking them. I'm just very new to all of this and am excited at the same time but will be asking a lot dumb questions as I don't have any mates that take it and I don't really want to be advertising that I am at the same time, but I think fixing up my regime and my diet will help me a tremendous as well

Welcome mate. You found the perfect place here. Lot of smart fellas to help.
Cheers mate. Hopefully we can fix my deficit. I will post weekly updates on my meals that I am taking and my training split and logs to hopefully help push me past my plateau that I'm feeling I'm struggling through
