I shall document my progress of my weight loss journey for you guys to follow .
I got fat , seriosly fat .
Was training the whole time . But a number of factors led me to become 143 kg .
So a few months ago I purchased a cpap machine. It has changed my life and fat is melting off .
I’ll skip the inbetween
And all the obvious diet and training and this is me today
Running 200 mg a week test e 200 mg a week mast e brewed by me .
Injectable lcarnatine pre work out
Tommorow I’ll pick up from post office some hgh fragment and Helios kindly supplied by popeye labs
They will be used in the morning with fasted cardio
I’ve been doing a push pull legs routine with cardio before and after . 2 full cardio sessions a week
Today I started 1 hour fasted cardio in the morning .
Food is basicly 1 meal a day focusing on trying to fast as long as possible before I eat aprox 2 hours before training .
I’ll have a couple of small snacks here and there ,.one “ cheat” being a cup of Maggie stock .
I will put up more detail about meals and training as I go further .
I’d like to also thank a special group of friends I have made , they have helped me motivationaly over the last few months till we finnaly decided to start a chat group where we can help each other and also help like minded people
