Did my 1 hour fasted cardio . Did a bunch of light exercises keeping my heart rate up .
Like an aerobic routine almost . Will do this more often it was actually fun .

I might do that more when time allows . I reckon that would be an amazing way to shred .
Ate a 290 gram steak and some butter today
Starting from this week I am lowering doses .
Good time to lower dose as tren is starting to do its mental mind games with me.
This last week has been one big porno .
I did some bad decisions.
Right now I’m in a tren haze . All I can think of is ***** and tits.I haven’t been able to cum , and it’s driving me insane .
I’m very frustrated and it’s causing issues.
I can be strong willed and avoid doing the wrong thing but my eyes have said different this guy to what my tongue was saying a few times this last week and lines were crossed that shouldn’t have .
Let’s just say I’ve left a few love stains in various parts of my work place over the last week . And they all think that they won me . Little do they know id **** a limbless burn victim right now .

Little update , been sick . In hospital atm .
Hoping I don’t stay over night but it would explain exhaustion.
Got an infection .
Bit embarrassing, had a *** injury .
 
How’s this for a fat based diet while on tren ?
Pretty damn good. Most of your electrolytes and kidney markers look normal so hydration seems on point. Your glucose levels are in check, liver enzymes are a bit high especially ALT which isn’t uncommon when on Tren. I'd keep an eye on that and consider some liver support. Your cholesterol's a bit elevated likely due to the diet, so need to maintain a good balance with healthy fats. Good job (y)

My doctor knows about both my diet and my steroid use , so he was the omen that was actually interested in seeing these results and he asked for them . He’s happy .
He asked me if I’m taking any statins etc …… nope . He just would like to keeps an eye on my red blood cell count .
And I seem to be keeping it under control this time around . I’ve had it very high in the past
