Morning AGW fam
Sorry for the delay in posts but so tired all the time and still concerned sometimes with loosing muscle but sticking to the process i hav reintroduced Tren ace every other day at a low dose of .2ml I believe the winstrol has been working well to i have increased cardio on the stair master to 1hr daily and diet has reduced to 240g P 180g C 20g F daily.
Im definitely finding everyday a rollacoaster but learning to deal with it.

Is quite @dari can't wait for a few weeks off work before comp so I can just concentrate on training and resting before the big weekend and get myself in a winning head space
 
Hi there agw brothers and sisters just finished my last on call before show day thank fuk worked till 2am every day and had to prioritise my training as I couldn't complete everything I need to.
Hurt my knee 2 days into my on call week which has now affected my leg work outs and my cardio so im having a week off work and will prioritise getting into ice baths for hopefully some recovery before the final push to show day.
I can manage my posing & upper body work outs just hopefully I can get into my leg workouts by next week
