Makes sense bruz, no point if your insides are cooked. Always health first, too many ignore that part.

That’s a massive and exciting decision. From memory you were going to compete but changed your mind because of your operation. Don’t get me wrong, that’s fantastic news… but what made you change your mind?

Support has been my biggest factor @darkHORSE my wife has always been my biggest supporter and has given me that belief back.
Also my coach has been very surprised I was able to keep up with my training and I feel great so I thought why not let's give 2025 a go and push myself.

Sorry for the late reply there @darkHORSE I had picked a great time to start prep have been working 16hr per day for last 10 days strait not including 1.5 hours of weights & 45min cardio.
Was a hell of a week diet consisted of
A shake after gym 4am 50g rolled oats , 40g of international wpi & 40g penut butter
Then drink a greens powder followed by
50g quick oats with 40g international wpi , 40g peanut butter with 60g of frozen Berrys probably my favourite meal of the day all mixed together like a porrage.
Next meal is 180g chicken and rice with leafy greens followed by a tuna and baby spinach last meal is 180g chicken with rice and frozen veggies before bed i can have 200g of strawberries.
Found it very difficult with being so busy at work and feeling so hungry
