Approved Log My Training Log - My Transformation

I'm actually looking at throwing in NPP soon too, mainly to help out with some stubborn joint issues that have been dragging on. Not expecting miracles, just hoping it smooths things out a bit.
 
I do believe diet may be the problem as I do eat a lot but am going to go back to counting all my calories every day I have found my gut health probably has a lot to do with it since surgery I have struggled to eat alot consistently & I know consistency is the key

Makes sense brother. Even the best gear won’t do much. NPP and Anadrol both need a solid surplus behind them to shine.... especially NPP. Definitely get back on tracking everything..even if it’s just rough numbers. Maybe look into gut friendly options like fermented foods or even a good quality probiotic to help digestion. Once you're fuelling the cycle properly you should notice a big shift.

That’s reassuring to hear, cheers. It’s mainly my elbows and knees giving me grief, so if NPP can take the edge off while letting me push a bit harder, I’ll take it. Planning to run it with Test E at 250mg a week and keep NPP around 300mg. Might add in some TB500 or BPC-157 if things don’t ease up after a few weeks. Not chasing big gains this run, just want to train hard without limping out of the gym.

Working on different clean foods to see what works best for me a bit of trial and error trying for 500 to 800 calorie surplus i may just chuck in a shake before bed.
I have been drinking my greens twice a day and have noticed a difference so I will be continuing that

Tb500 works well when pinned at .2 iu into problem area 5 days on 2 days off
I have done this numerous times tb500 in elbows and ghrp2 in stomach for 3 weeks
As recommend by my doctor worked every time.

Hi there AGW family have been grinding away going on 5th week on cycle using sus & npp
I am putting on size in measurements but actually lighter on the scales I am waiting on bloods as my mood has gotten abit depressed as of late but still battling through trying to hit my calories and getting in the gym 4 days a week

Hi there AGW brothers & sisters I am creating this thread to put together comp prep diary for the AGW family i will keep you guys informed about everything from my food intake, training program and full cycle during
This prep right up to stage day in 12wks from today
Current age : 43
Current Weight : 88kg
Body fat : 7%
Wanted Stage weight : 86kg
Wanted body fat on stage under 3%

12wks out & my diet is 2100 cal daily
Meal 1 : 50g rolled oats with 40g of international wpi & 20g natural peanut butter wizzed up in a shake.

Then 1 serve of dragon greens

Meal 2 : 50g quick oats with 20g natural peanut butter , 40g wpi all mixed together with some frozen berries

Meal 3 : 180g chicken breast with 150g of Basmati Rice & mixed leafy greens

Meal 4 : tuna in spring water with 150g of baby spinach

Meal 5 : 180g chicken breast with 150g Basmati Rice with mix frozen veg

Meal 6 is 200g of strawberry.

Cycle as supplied by my most trusted supplier@ozsteroids for years now
Currently running daily injections :
Test P 100mg
Tren A 30mg
Mast P 100mg
Half tab of cialis
1 tab of proviron
Cycle may differ over the next 12 wks but Currently feeling strong and don't see a need for any changes.
 
Sat morning sesh consisted of 1am wake up then 15min working on breathing and working on vacuum to strengthen stomach
Then to the gym for a 30min posing practice 2am to 2:30 followed by 15min stair master on level 5 then I hit the boat harbour for shuttle runs till 3:30am no weights today but always training 7 days a week with either cardio or posing 12wks out from today so hitting that posing every day a must it is the real test fkn he'll it makes me feel so unfit

I see the bodyfat for stage day has snuck under the 3% mark! Looking forward to see how far you can push it. Good luck with the prep bro 💪
 
Good morning AGW brothers & sisters Sunday morning training started at 1am with 15 minutes breath training Then hit the gym from 1:30am for chest day :
Cable fly 4 sets to failure
Incline DB press 4 sets of 15
Incline DB sleven press 4 sets of 15
Cable x overs 4 sets of 15
Flat barbell bench press 4 x15
Chest dips 4 x failure
Then did 30min of posing
20min stairmaster followed by
20 min shuttle runs down the harbour
Going to be a long 12wks as this was 3hr to complete and I am training 6 days a week including work but just gotta keep my eyes on the end goal & bring it.
 
Monday morning started @12:30am with breath training 15min sorting followed by back day :
Wide grip pullups 4 x 15
Wide grip lat pull downs 4 x 15
Bent over BB rows 4 x 15
Single arm DB rows 4 x 15
Seated cable rows 4 x 15
Hyper extensions 4 x 15
Machine rows Wide grip 4 x 15
Then followed by 30min posing practice
15 min stair master. No running TODAY as I am worried about doing to much cardio at this stage but will keep assessing throughout next 12wks.
Then home for morning shake and shower and pin 1ml test p & 1ml mast as always @ozsteroids

Afternoon AGW what a week nothing in this world is meant to ezy i have been very consistent with my diet , training & posing but have been in hospital for last 3 days with my little man so I have living on canned tuna and got 1 workout in at least he got released today so hopefully the worst is behind us and I can get back into my daily routine.
I had scans done yesterday my BF is down at 5.1% but I need to put on another 2kg to be at 86kg so I had a refeed today and enjoyed that but regretted later as I felt way to full 😅

Also would like to as a question of anyone who has run winstrol?
I have a couple of times, depends on what you want to achieve. Can be bit harsher on lipids, dry joints out, and soreness in ligaments. But will make you strong, grainy and hard AF.
