Approved Log My Test E MK677 Anavar cycle log

i plan on doing one of the scans at my gym in january... my scales at home saying im still 30 percent, cant be right
I would seriously recommend spending a little and getting a real dexa scan

My body ****ysis scale at gym and on watch showed I was around 20% on same day I had my dexa and tested at 13.8%

Plus the images you get from the dexa are super cool

Tendonitis sucks but you gotta work around it, not through it.

Keep smashing the gym but ditch any movements that flare it up.. e.g. don’t try to bench heavy if your elbow’s screaming. Ice after the gym, maybe 15-20 mins and put some heat on it before you train to loosen it up. Do stretches, but not too much. Supplement wise, get on collagen with some vitamin C, maybe omega3s, that'll help keep the joints happy. Since you’re dropping to 125mg Test, recovery might slow a touch so just take it easy and don’t push it too hard. And with that retatrutide you’re on make sure you’re eating enough for tendon health, especially if you're cutting. Tendonitis is all about patience.

BPC and TB500 are really good for healing. BPC hits the tendon directly and TB500 works all over. Pin the BPC near the pain and give it a few weeks to kick in. For the cramps, try magnesium, potassium and drink heaps of water. Don’t overdo it in the gym.

Tendinitis is an overuse injury- so stop overuse. Arms are hit with most movements so dropping the isolation movements and volume should help. Compound movements 2x weekly should maintain strength
