had my morning shake followed by leftover prawn and egg omelette and mrs cooked pork adobo with some salad.
also had a burrito with three eggs and a whole chicken breast. found my new fave hotsauce

nutrition is off today as i am coming down with a flu, todays workout was harder than usual and i will probs have the rest of the week off to get over this, at time of posting i can say it was a really ****ed flu and misso got it too and had 40 degree fevers. i'm almost over it now on sunday and will be back in force on monday.

Rest up bro. You don't want to put any more strain on your body right now. Take the time you need to recover and I bet you'll come back even stronger next week. 👊

nutrition this week is the same for mornings with a double scoop protein shake to have my tablets and vitamins with
lunch and dinner was cooked bbq chicken mexican style and i would add either eggs or salsa or yoghurt or cheese


shout out to @geafor my last order of the year arriving with vials of test E and clenbuterol and cialis for when i go on my cruise at the end of december

i have also attached some progress pics to show i still have some bodyfat around the lower gut to remove but all is going well and melanotan is helping my get brown even though i live in cold climates

Solid effort mate and nice work with hitting 101.3.

Just shows when you put in the work, it eventually pays off. Stick with it and the gut will sort itself out soon enough. Meals are looking great as well.

yeah im still at 24 percent body fat according to my watch whether its right or not i have further to go in the bodyfat loss even though im nearing the end of my cycle the cut will continue

I honestly wouldn't worry too much about your weight. Paying attention to body measurements will show you more about your progress. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. If you’re set on losing fat.. sticking to a strict diet without cheat days will make a big difference. Maybe try counting calories if that helps you stay on track?

Not often Acurrate-home scales still have me at 26% - turns out I’m closer 12% according to local Gym body ****ysis 🤔 If u can almost see abs outline it’s a good indicator. Carb fast mornings help me to stay on track

i have been experiencing some pain both arms in my tendons at the end of my forearm muscles near inside of elbow.. how do you guys deal with such things?


nutrition has been same meat with eggs and avacado plus my morning shake, pretty happy eating this way and am tracking macros again

i plan on doing one of the scans at my gym in january... my scales at home saying im still 30 percent, cant be right
