Incredibly happy to report that I've finally hit one of my big goals of <20% bodyfat, just squeaking under at 19.8%, but it counts!
I still find it hard to believe how much progress I have made since starting TRT, fat keeps going down and muscle keeps going up.
Starting to make plans for the next phase, keep on what I'm doing for the next 3 weeks for the comp. Then I think I'll keep up the 250mg of test a week up until 20 weeks, which leaves 9 weeks, of which I'll try and make the most of a bit of a lean bulk. After that back to a TRT cruise and reevaluate for what comes next. I'm excited for the future and all my goals feel like they are in sight now.
