It's good stuff, I was just comparing out of curisoty.

Black Belt Protein (Choc Whey) vs Bulk Nutrients (Choc Whey)

BB have higher protein content, lower fat, lower sodium, lower sugar and minimum $6kg cheaper, over $8kg cheaper if you buy 5kg. Aussie made too.

My only tiny grudge is that BN have a better scoop as it has a longer handle and their bag is slightly wider making it easier to get your hand in. First world problems.

Amazing how expensive protein powder actually is considering it's just a waste product.

Good start to the day, protein shake on waking up, made kids breakfast and lunches then made my ritual of a double banana oat shake.

Tried a 5km run, but gave up 2.5km in when near my house, shoulder was getting sore from my arm swinging. I never thought about how much your shoulder is involved with everything.

Salmon and salad and chips for lunch.

My weight is staying consitent now after come off my last cycle, good to see I'm not losing anything. The drop there is 2kg amazing how much water/glycogen I was holding without noticing.

Bring on tommorow's training!

Great effort with your run! next time you got 5km easy! I remember the Mrs used an app called couch to 5km which helped her be able to do a charity run

I used to run a lot and did quite a few ultras, I used to be really fit. But 8 years later with two kids life gets massively compromised, as I'm sure you're well aware of. Even then I used to do Parkrun every week, about a 22min 5km which was quite decent, then it was running with a pram, then a double pram, to then a year of taking it in turns with the Mrs with who would walk/run with one kid and who pushed the pram. Then it was one pram, and I ran with that and my wife spent two years running/walking with one. Now it's been my turn spending two years running/walking with the second so my running fitness has massively detiorated. Do the occasional 5km with my 7yr old who's running at just around 30mins and I'm trying to hide the fact that I'm seriously struggling. Started a weekly run a few months back, but then had my foot issue, and now my shoulder so back to square one. Wow that was some waffle.
