last two day’s sessions. Apologies for the lack of updates but really getting ****ed by uni rn, mid sem break next week so will definitely be more consistent. Probably will have some form videos uploaded during that time. Recently have increased my carb intake to around 150-200g prior to gym with 100g approx 1.5 hours before my sessions. There is a noticeable change in energy levels that I have seen, will continue experimenting with this.

bathroom lighting reigns supreme as usual, might need to prioritise rear delts as they look quite small compared to the side and front delts but it might just be the angle

today’s upper sesh.
probably keeping pre workout carb intake at 150g as i genuinely will throw up if i eat any more oats, however adding a can of monster energy does wonders as theres like 60g carbs in that ontop of the energy from the caffeine

new tats may hide some muscle definition but hopefully it’s not too big of a problem
