Running 150mg week suppresses your HPTA and while PCT helps, recovery isn’t guaranteed and can take months. Fertility, mood, and long-term hormone balance are ALL real risks. If it were me, I’d finish your planned cycle then step back completely and give your body a proper restart. Get bloodwork before and after so you know where your natural test sits. Focus on diet, training and recovery. You can still make serious gains naturally and set yourself up for smarter, safer cycles later. The key is learning to run cycles safely, not making low dose cruising a habit at this age.
