Approved Log My Competition Log 2025 - CheekinNuudles

What's your cals and food looking like?
Cals atm are sitting around 3600 - 3800 depending on whether its a training day.

Macros I've been hitting on training days is around: P - 245g, C - 350-400, F - 105.

With rest days being around: P - 200g, C - 250, F - 85.

Been eating whole foods which usually contains oats and eggs of a morning. Followed by chicken with basmati or brown rice. 3rd meal ends up being a Mitch's meal from Worlds or Mince with sweet potatos and brocolli depending on whether I'm at uni or at home. Usually finish up for dinner with a lean cut of steak and some beans + rice. Pre workout meal is always 4 rice cakes with some honey and salt.

Great strategy. Keep tracking weight and how you look every 2 weeks and you’re golden. You can always tweak carbs or fat if energy dips or fat gain starts creeping up.

Hey all sorry for the inconsistency on my end. Just wanted to let you know how it is all tracking.

So about 3 weeks ago I decided to drop my Test E into a cruise protocol as I was finding myself to be having estrogenic sides (mainly moodiness, slight marks over shoulders) + university was stressing me with heavy workloads. Atm I am taking 150mg a week split into two Sub Q injections a week. With that being said, I also dropped my calories slowly back down to a maintenance to reduce spillover. Food intake has been around 3100 calories a day, with Protein : ~220g, Carbs : 250-350g, and keeping fats around that 95-100 mark.

Since dropping the doses I have been able to control the sides well and have completely got rid of the marks over my shoulders, and I find myself to be less moody. Planning a blood test in the next 3 weeks to confirm all lipids and levels. Was happy with the cycle overall and will put photos down below on how the progress panned out from the start of the comp to currently. Have my eyes set on a cycle for summer just to drop some fat and hold size, but will reevaluate once I have back my bloods.

Below is a photo of when I started compared to last week on a chest and tris day. Visibly holding more size + fat, but also weighing nearly 10kg different between the two. 86kg - 96kg.

Strength has stayed the same even due to the drop in dosages, and am hoping to keep majority of size as long as diet stays vigilant.

Cheers all to have commented and replied, I will still be completing this competition but just wanted to give you all and update on what has been going on.

Cheekin.

Good update mate. Only thing I’d say and this is just being real with you, is that at 22 you’re still way too young to be running a “cruise.” Most guys only lock into that when they’re older or when natural test is already on the decline. Once you commit to cruising it’s pretty much a lifelong thing. Just worth making sure you’ve weighed that up properly before making it your norm. Outside of that your diet and training look good.

You should also get some bloodwork done ;)

It was more weighing between hopping off and then hardly letting my natural test kick back in, or running the lower dosage and letting my lipids stabilise. I am planning on PCT'ing off around February after I finish the cycle I am next planning, and have everything on hand to do so. Obviously happy to take on other advise as it is all a learning curb.

Cheers

Sorry to jump in boys. @CheekinNuudles ..22 your natural test is still at its peak even a low-dose “cruise” puts you in a position your body doesn’t need. Running 150mg week suppresses your HPTA and while PCT helps, recovery isn’t guaranteed and can take months. Fertility, mood, and long-term hormone balance are ALL real risks. If it were me, I’d finish your planned cycle then step back completely and give your body a proper restart. Get bloodwork before and after so you know where your natural test sits. Focus on diet, training and recovery. You can still make serious gains naturally and set yourself up for smarter, safer cycles later. The key is learning to run cycles safely, not making low dose cruising a habit at this age. 👊

I appreciate the honesty @darkHORSE, and will look into that definitely as an option. I do have baseline bloodwork from when I first started, mid cycle and am yet to do post cycle. I'd do believe the pre cycle bloodwork is in this log.

Surrounding PCT, I have Nolvadex, Clomid and Arimidex + HCG all on hand. I know general protocol is 3 weeks after last pin. With all being said what would you recommend.
