Well this was a rushed workout, had to work from home today due to some meeting times and working around the kid school runs didn't work. Unfortunately didn't have much time for a workout so thought I'd give my shoulders a quick test.
Good news I can actually start loading them up now, I feel a little bit of discomfort but it feels like an issue due to the fact that my shoulder hasn't done that type of movement for a long time. Will keep going and hope it improves rather than gets worse.
