Well this was a rushed workout, had to work from home today due to some meeting times and working around the kid school runs didn't work. Unfortunately didn't have much time for a workout so thought I'd give my shoulders a quick test.

Good news I can actually start loading them up now, I feel a little bit of discomfort but it feels like an issue due to the fact that my shoulder hasn't done that type of movement for a long time. Will keep going and hope it improves rather than gets worse.


Incline Bench Press (Barbell)
20kg x 20 reps
40kg x 20 reps
60kg x 15 reps
60kg x 15 reps
60kg x 13 reps

Overhead Press (Barbell)
20kg x 10 reps
30kg x 10 reps
40kg x 10 reps
40kg x 8 reps

Verve - Seated Cable Row - Defecit
20kg x 15 reps
30kg x 15 reps
40kg x 15 reps

Verve - Tricep pushdown
30kg x 12 reps
50kg x 10 reps
50kg x 10 reps
45kg x 14 reps

Great to have a clean garage again to be able to train in, and most importantly my own music!

Protein shake during workout, and yesterday's dinner for lunch. Mash, meatballs and green beans.
 
Looks like the shoulders been giving you some drama. Don't load it up too fast just be cautious.
Thanks @venatorx frustratingly I’ve had a bad run of consistent injuries. Luckily nothing serious but has destroyed my last 3 months.

Agree, I’ve learnt the hard way over the years. But now I’m an old fart I have far less of an ego so don’t mind training real light and working around injuries slowly.
