Unfortunately when it comes to health and wellbeing it always a costly exercise. You’re doing all the right things though and your mindset is spot on. Right now it’s all about consistency and keeping that spark alive.. that’s what matters most.
Totally, consistency has been an issue, but the last few weeks have been great, apart from training around a few minor injuries, I feel I'm quickly getting back to where I was.
 
Felt like a change today and considering I can't do legs this week thought I'd mix it up.
