I was absolutely destroyed after my last MT session. Always good to work with other instructors who have different ways of executing the same techniques. Learnt a few things which were different which I preferred. So will need to adapt my training.

Went straight to the gym after. Not a good idea, I was mentally and physically exhausted. Lightened my sets and just did what I could. I’m happy to just maintain if I can whilst on this cut so I’m not too fussed.

Looking forward to getting home and being a pin cushion from the goods from @ozsteroidsofficial

Took me 1:20 to get through the below. Slow workout indeed.

Well today wasn't a great start, after 67 days of being on Retatrutide it got me, spewed in the shower after breakfast and when cleaning my teeth. 6kg lost during that time and weighed in the lowest in over a year this morning at 79.6kg. I've booked a DXA scan so will be good to see what my composition is like. I booked 14 days ahead to hopefully have my fluids a bit more normalised in time. Half life of Reta is 6 days, so in 14 days I'll only have just under a quarter of it in my system, 0.4mg.

I feel like I've lost a bit of size, strength is slightly less but I feel that's more being in a defecit than strength lost. Just wish I had a DXA before I started Reta now. My last DXA was from May and I had put a bit of size on since then, but at least I'll have a new DXA pre bulk cycle.

Great to be back in a normal gym.

Short but sweet, still not feeling great so too scared to squat. Shoulder starting to feel a bit better, not sure if just due to time off, time since injury, peptides. Probably a bit of all those factors.

How long are you thinking of running the Reta for?
 
Today starts with early morning MMA. Spent the session working on getting up from wall of cage whilst the other person had to keep you down. Exhausting, I wished I weighed myself before and after as feel I lost 1.5kg of water.

Sadly no time for the gym now, too many meetings and not sure if I’ll be able to do any at home.

Lunch at desk :( but at least it’s healthy.

Finally got my road bike back on the road. New bar tape, tubes and tyres. All perished for no use in a few years. A very expensive toy sat a long time hanging in the garage. My neighbour wanted to get back out riding so good opportunity to get started again.

Used my trainer bike for the first time in ages too, thought I had better get a couple of sessions in before going out with him to get my ass used to it again. Only 45 minute session whilst watching some Amazon show and what I found tough wasn’t the cardio or ass, but being bent over the bars. Glad it’s pouring this weekend and he doesn’t want to go. Gives me a few more indoor sessions to get back into it.

Also went for BJJ at lunch time and in the evening. Got my cardio done 💪
 
Well almost have all my abs showing. A little disappointed to come off Reta before having them all popping.

Just got to the stage where it’s good enough for my next bulk, and couldn’t deal with being in a defecit for so long. It had started to affect my motivation, gym training and BJJ/MMA. Stand up wasn’t an issue, it was just the grappling/wrestling side which was ruining me.

Oh well, hopefully I’ll have a nice slow clean bulk, hoping the next cycle will do the deeds. Still not sure on how to use my Deca and NPP I have. Was originally thinking of front loading with NPP and then running the deca. But now considering two mini cycles one of each. Then again at 200mg deca k only have 10 weeks worth. Maybe I should just stick to the original plan.

Now off to eat my horrible looking lunch.

Reasonable session, would have been better had I not had to spend the whole session trying to work around people and having to mix up excercises. Have never seen my gym so busy.

First time shoulder pressing in a very long time, took it light and slow, good to be able to start loading my shoulders again.

Thanks @hubbles slowly getting there, but getting there. After this cut I've realised I really need to relook at my goals. I was really aiming for 90kg sub 10% this year, but after this cut it would mean I'd need to put on 10kg of muscle making it totally unrealistic. Hadn't planned on losing so much muscle with the cut. Hoping it bounces back quickly once back in slight surplus due to muscle memory.
