Your workouts are great. From what I read you have a few injuries.
My 2 cents... for your bench, 70kg is good, I don't know if you're doing this but I would slow the reps down. Shrugs with 20kg, if it's easy to do, try to add a bit more weight (when you’re ready). Same with your overhead press.
Legs, 60kg for 20 reps is great for endurance but try adding a bit more weight as well and dropping reps for strength. Also, weighted dips will be something you should also aim for.. but overall nice work!
