Lower body today.

3x10 squats
2 x 10 Deadlifts
Donkey calf raises with the missus on my back
3 x Leg raises to failure for abs.

Long time since doing deadlifts, completely fingered after two sets.

Bfast was great with burger patty, bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and dill gherkins. Fish oil with black coffee.

Lunch was a barbeque and two coronas.

Paddling comp tommorow all day.

Pretty good, we were pretty competitive. Great day of cardio. Heres some pics in the morning prepping the race line.

Hey all,

100mg of Sust 250 this morning.

Training back and bi's today
3 x 10 lat pulldowns
3 x 10 bent over rows
Added in an extra ex for back
3 x ez bar curls.

Will post some pics of home gym set up soon.

Been so busy at work and totally knackered this week. Managed to fit this one in along with water training, min 10k steps a day as well as work.

Also a couple of clean meals today.

Best to keep busy I reckon. Your cardio combo is perfect for shredding away at the fat but you'll need to make sure your foods are also in check. Judging by the photos you've got that sorted (y)

Had KFC hey. I crave it probably twice a year and always regret it after! Do you get that? Also a bbq with lamb chops and wings, washed down with a few beers. Don't forget to enjoy your lives too brothers n sisters!

Did somebody say KFC? 😋 (but just the zinger burger with extra cheese and extra mayo)

Your breakfast looks good. I am a big fan of Pickles and gherkins with my meals

Think they are good for gut health
