The gym owner spoke to me for 45 minutes during my workout, which extended my push session longer than I wanted.

5iu GH/ 20mg MENT/insulin protocol training days
I have used this insulin protocol a couple of times and have a good ratio of intra carbs to insulin that is known for me. No rolling the dice with insulin. My coach wants an AM blood sugar level and a post-training blood sugar level to be sent after each workout to monitor me also.If you do decide to jump on it, that stack should work well.
Just needs to be monitored carefully, especially around insulin use and estrogen management.

Interesting you mention that cause I've been reading up on that a little. It does look promising, though it's still in early stages. So, SLU-PP-332's first use, I won't be identifying the doses that I'm trialling. But as you see from my log a lot of variables are controlled.
I took my pre-workout SLU-PP-332 with 30 minutes before hitting the gym. There wasn't a noticeable "kick in" period, but the energy felt clean and steady. While I didn't experience a boost in strength, my endurance was impressive. I noticed that I was sweating more, and my recovery time between sets was excellent. After training, my swimming session showed good cardiovascular endurance as well. Max HR about 30 beats less then the two previous sessions, recovery between 50m laps HR recovered fast.

I took SLU-332 immediately prior to training today instead of 30 minutes beforehand. The nootropic effect from SLU which is not the primary effect, seemed to enhance focus on simple tasks, similar to modafinil. I experienced clean energy, good recovery between sets, and maximum heart rates similar to yesterday.
