Update to week 4-8 plan

After consulting with my coach, we've decided to stay in a deficit until Week 8, even though he initially wanted me out by Week 6. It's not quite a mini cut, but I'm determined to make it work. If all goes well, I'll blast out from there without needing a reverse phase. This will get very interesting week 8-12.

*Will outline the plan as it is enacted but will use multiple growth factor pathways.
Good luck with that brother ... I'm sure you'd smash it

Morning All,

Workout completed
Mesocycle 69 WC Legs
12000 steps completed.

Sharing this pic from 2019 reminds me of the years I spent trying to figure things out on my own, relying on some really bad bro science. It's the first check-in pic I sent to my coach, and looking at it, I can't believe he took me on. But it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made for my training, nutrition, and life.

We all have to start somewhere, and the important thing is that we start. Some people never even try!

This competition is just the beginning. Everyone's progress and participation might be someone else's first step, but the journey ahead is so much greater.

What a difference bro. Even the actual pose... like a pro 👌
