Kids wont stop eating chocolate! I thought they’d be sick or dead already! Not happy with mum!!

Smashed arms this morning, kept getting interrupted it really threw me off so i quit 🤦🏻‍♂️
No warm up!
3 X 21’s 15kg curl bar
3 X 21’s 15kg’s curl bar forearm (failed every set) more like 16’s lol
4 X 8 20kg concentration curls
4 X 20 8kg skullcrushers

I used to love 21s until I saw one “professional” say he’s never seen a half rep of anything, it did kinda make sense, but there is also the time under tension at the mid point. They are fun and a great pump.

Bro you can update your training logs still it's Sunday ,just post an update for the days trained as normal.dorsnt have to be posted or updated on the day,so long as it's done by end of week.
 
TUESDAY:
Knocked off pretty late and started training as soon as i walked in the door.
Chest
5 X 8 60kg bench
5 X 8 60kg incline bench
5 X 10 20kg dumbell bench
5 X 20 8kg flys
Daily supplements include vitamin C, creatine mono, fish oil, mens multi, magnesium, maltodextrin, tudca, milk thistle and i have one electrolyte fizzy thing per day!
I’ve been overwhelmed with trying to track nutrition and probably need to stop being tight and pay a sub to one of those food apps lol
 
TUESDAY:

Some decent volume brother,don't stress over the nutrition man,get an app and make it easy.

4 X 21’s 25kg
4 X 20 8kg reverse curls
4 X 20 8kg wrist rolls
4 X 8 30kg preacher curl
Wanted to get a photo of my pump but i walked inside had a shake mrs fed me dinner and i fell asleep on the floor, forgetting to post yet again..

Solid effort bro,hard work then train,it ain't easy man.i do the same,work 6 says,2 × nights and fit in training n family somehow.we just get on with it brother.
