Wanting to add size to my arms

I’m 18 years old, I have two goals that I’m trying to reach before my birthday (febuary). I want to get my arms from 14” to 16” + and thickness to the arm/forearms, I want to increase my bench from 85kg pause to 100kg pause.

I’ve been training for three years and just started my first cycle, just mk677, rad 140 and yk11 just the bare minimum. Does anyone have any tips on how I can do these, im currently eating 4 meals plus two snacks a day 2700 cal 220p 280c 72f. At 80kg and 6,1”

I’ve found from personal experiences that a higher fat diet I feel better

I’ll be straight with you, what you mentioned is not the bare minimum. I'd drop it completely. Gaining 2 inches on your arms by Feb won't happen without a lot of fat and water. Your other goal of taking your paused bench from 85 to 100kg is realistic if you eat more and train properly. 2700 cals is probably low for your size. Best advice for you is to focus on progressive overload. You’ve got a natural hormonal advantage that most guys lose later so don’t waste it early ;)
