currently completing 16WK bulking cycle of SUS250 & NPP upon completion will then start a Sus250 , EQ , MAST CYCLE for 16 weeks with low dose tren A daily for last 8 weeks & 2iu HGH every night before bed






AI & PCT :
1mg ADex every Wednesday while on npp
will adjust when changing compounds
100mg clomid twice a week
500mcg HCG 3 times a week before bed

liver support every day
zinc sup every day
magnesium every day
Will also be throwing in Tb500 for tendon injuries



Supplements Used:
180 greens every morning and every night before bed
Whey protein twice a day


Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
Will be trying to keep clean will be mainly eating pre made meals as I spend so much time working but every meal will consist of at least 50g of protein min 4 meals per day
Diet will be adjusted accordingly throughout


Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
Will be hitting gym 4 days per week with a chest day with triceps , back day with biceps, shoulders & legs and day 4 will be legs

every day will be starting with calves as i find the a very stubborn muscle


Goal for the Competition:
my goal for this competition is to be motivated to stay on track and to get back to where i was prior to abdominal surgery and hopefully on stage in 2026 or 2027.
Also looking forward to keeping the AGW family in the loop and getting opinions throughout the competition

Health Status
feeling Good keeping up regular bloods but definitely have a bit of wear & tear from all the training with knees , elbows & wrists

Today @ 3am was Back , Bies & calves
Workout: close grip pull downs super set with bent over cable rows 3 x 15.
Wide grip lat pull downs behind head 4 x 15
Single arm dumbbell rows 3 × 12
Seated Machine rows 3 x 10
Ezy bar curls 21s x 4 sets
Standing calf raises 5 x 20

Morning meal apple & pre workout on way to gym.
1l gatorade & Isopro protein shake post gym
2.5 hrs later had 4 x lean beef snags with 3 eggs & wholemeal roll

how do you rate the lean beef snags? I saw them last week in Woolworths thought they might be a good option for the family as my kids love sausages and salad for dinner but i try avoiding them
 
3am bloody hell and now its getting colder, I'll stay nice and warm in bed.

But then again thats prob why you look a hell of a lot better than me

Hey there @trespassing_minds I not always keen on snags but there not bad truth be told that's all I could find in the freezer which was easy 😉

Keen to see what you can accomplish in this Comp bro! Be a good little test run for comp prep too. I only ever competed once and that was enough for me lol

I have been away for a few days working and have had to adjust my times working out
Got in and trained back & bies today I have really pushed my sets past failure
1#Wide grip pull downs superset with strait arm cable pull down 4 × 20 last set pause after each and pump out a extra 5
2# wide grip behind head pull downs 4 x failure
3# Single arm dumbbell rows really getting a good stretch and contraction 4 x 15
4# Seated wide dumbbell arm curls 4 x 20
5# Standing dumbell hammer curls 4 x failure the drop weight and go to failure
6# Ezy bar 21s then drop weight and go to failure 4 x
7# standing calf raises 4 sets to failure
Post workout shake with oats , honey & peanutbutter.
