So we have a rest day today just did a little bit of cardio on my steps just to tick over. Had a sauna. Veins were absolutely popping everywhere which is a bit crazy so we are approaching three weeks out now feeling really good weight is Holding just gotta do the do see what happens and hit that big chest tomorrow.

Chest day

Absolutely mad chest session today definitely fuelled from that burger and chips last night really felt good. Strength is still there. My calories are still there. We’re just over three weeks out. We are cruising into this. Made another order with gear maniac yesterday so I have a bit more ammo on the way reliable as ever.
