Approved Log My Training Log - My Transformation

I have a couple of times, depends on what you want to achieve. Can be bit harsher on lipids, dry joints out, and soreness in ligaments. But will make you strong, grainy and hard AF.
Plan to add injectable every other day probably 5 to 4 weeks out 50mg every other day just don't know what to expect as I have never run before especially being such low BF
 
Haven't used injectable stanazolol for a very long time. But PIP and some lumps can form as it is a suspension (power in water). Depending on the solution will need a bigger needle 25g my not be big enough and ensure your deep enough.

Probably worth trialling it a at the 4 week mark and having a back up plan if it causes issues.

Why not just an oral?

Can't thank @ozsteroids enough quality gear fast delivery when I needed it throughout my prep will definitely using them for a long time as I have got quite a few shows i will be doing in 2026.
Definitely caught the bug prep was probably the hardest thing I have done but I fkn love seeing the results and enjoyed the process while fkn hateing it and cant wait for the next time I step on stage

Morning AGW brothers and sisters
What a experience this first comp was such a hard prep but I learnt so much and what my body was capable of even after stomach surgery 11mths earlier.
Managed to take out 2 x 2nd place in omara classic and 2nd in mens physique in the mr universe Australia.
Big shout out to @ozsteroids for all the quality PDs In the lead up to this show can't thank or recommend enough 👌.
Got the bug now and will be keeping this post going week by week.
Plans. 19wks of gainz to make before a 10 wk cut for mr universe qualifier then 6 more weeks to then compete in mr universe Thailand

Morning AGW fam
Have now incorporated 30 min stair master to start the day along with vacuum training for 20min fasted followed by
70g quick oats, 50g international wpi & frozen berries with a large banana.

This morning has been spent talking to a new coach to get the best results for the 2026 season as last prep were full of issues with digestion and a coach who just was not interested in how I was handling the prep.
 
Afternoon brothers first day back at work yay had 5 wks off while on last prepwhich was great as I wasn't very fun to be around lol.
Bloods back and looking good i have been off everything for about 2 weeks now but will start up 300mg of test PW split for twice a week and 2iu GH daily as always supplied by @ozsteroids then drive my food and monitor gains over the month

Any opinions?
 
Have been consistent with food intake
Eating 270g protein, 450g carbs & 80g fats
Only getting 3 to 4 ltr of water consistently but are trying to get to 5 ltrs
Have started 125mg test every 3rd day with 2iu gh daily split between morning and before bed will continue this for 3 weeks then increase gh to 4iu

I have decided to review my 16wk show prep
As I wasn't sure i would be able to get my body to stage after abdominal surgery 8mths prior I was interested to see if my body could handle it.
Was 87kg & 8% BF at time of beginning prep.

Diet and work out plan attached in pics for the first 6 weeks of prep
Cycle at this time wasn't too hectic as always supplied by @ozsteroids 100mg test p daily with 50mg mast p daily.
Diet was around 2200cal per day

Bro honestly a deload or even a full week off can do wonders, especially when work’s smashing you. If you’ve been consistent, your body will probably come back fresher, joints happier and strength either the same or even up a touch.

Thats what i was thinking @ozzyboy i hit chest yesterday was great strength was up after 4 days off the gym worked 120hrs in 5 days now im back to normal at work will be hitting hamstrings and glutes 2am before work and back to my 6 day roster in the gym early until next month when im on call again where I may try the same thing again post chest workout pic attached was happy I didn't loose any condition 😅

Cheers @ironguru I was happy the break from the gym didn't change my physique to much i am working on a lean bulk over the next 19wks as judges feedback was to work more on posing and just stage presence as the said I couldn't get much bigger as this would push me out of mens physique and I don't really want to change to classic or bodybuilding atm

I have changed it up now @darkHORSE I have been consistent with around 3500cal
280 protein , 450 to 500 carb & 80 fats
But I am starting with new coach next week so we will see how they want to play with my diet moving forward.
I have been mixing my proteins throughout the day so I have some variety.
