My Diet at the Moment

My Nutritional diet for my 3500 calories a day is as follows

1. Red meat - protein
2. EGGS -.Proteins, fats, minerals, citations
3. White rice - Easiest digestive complex carb
4. Dates - carbs, digestion potassium
5. Pineapple- Digestion, carbs fibre

What's yours?
 
I've stopped counting my calories. But my average diet consists of:

Breakfast:
Egg whites/Boiled Eggs/Scrambled Eggs (either 250mg egg whites or 4 - 5 eggs)
Half Avo
White Cheese
Spinach

Lunch:
Protein Smoothie
2 scoops of protein
Ice
Water
Fruits

Dinner:
300 - 500 grams of Chicken Breast
Sometimes Rice
Salad

Snacks:
Nuts & Fruit
Protein Yoghurt or Protein Dessert
 
Mine hasn't really changed much since may last year
Except i get more calories
Non training days 2200
Training days 2400
Macro - 50% P 25% F 25% C
Try keep it whole single ingredient besides my shakes

Eggwhite, chicken breast, lots salad
Extra lean mince, some fish or steak occasionally

And my naughty frozen yogurt shop trip when I no one is looking
