Small Tin Tuna
Protein Shake
150g Basmati Rice, 30g Chick Peas, 30g Diced Beetroot, 185g Tuna in Chilli Oil + Nandos XXL Hot Sawssss
Protein Shake (Post Workout)
180g cooked Chicken Breast, Slice of low fat cheese, Nandos XXL on Toasted Turkish Bread

Supplements Taken:
6 x Cycle Support Capsules (split into 2 x doses throughout the day with meals)
2 x Omega 3 Capsules (1 morning, 1 night)
2 x ATP Z-Mag Capsules before bed
Preworkout on training days is either Dialed Carnage or Pump Juice, both by Transparent Supplements
1 x Scoop Dialed Shred (sipped on throughout the day)
1 x Ashwaganda Cap before bed

Commentary:
I had a fkn sh!T session today. It was actually frustrating that I just could not get my head into it. Just feeling flat, unmotivated and feel like my progress is now going backwards. 2 weeks or so of chaotic life has really thrown me off my game and I’m struggling to get back on top of things. Almost forcing myself to get back into rhythm, hoping it will put me back on the right path. Few more weeks then off on a 3 week holiday too, which whilst I’m excited about, I’m also nervous about how I will be able to drop back onto a cruise until after my return from OS. Just fearing how I’m going to feel for those 3 weeks or so..

Weight gone back up too which is demoralising as well. Not that I’m overly concerned with a number per say, but just indicates that I have slacked off and dropped the ball..
 
Don’t overthink it bro. Just control what you can and keep showing up. Three weeks won’t ruin your progress, you’ll pick it back up when you’re back. Lifes too short to stress about stuff like that.

Training Focus:
Was supposed to be Lower Body day. Once again life got in the way and I had very little time to get to the gym. Banged out a quick arm session.

Commentary:
Still struggling mentally and with motivation in general. I actually felt keen for the gym today but life happened and I didn’t get as much time in the gym as I would have liked.
Banged out a quick arm session, supersetting bicep and Tricep exercises back to back to conserve time (did deliver an awesome pump however).

Looking forward to the new week. Food is prepped ready to go, hoping some motivation returns soon.
