Yeah maybe. That's probably because of the Mast?
Not sure if to be concerned by it or just let it balance naturally as my dose returns to TRT script protocol ans redo bloodwork in 8 weeks to check again

Fantastic work mate. You look shredded. I hope to be there with you one day. Like you said, this competition is not the final stage!WOW, WHAT A JOURNEY, WHAT A RIDE, WHAT AN EXPERIANCE
As this competition winds up and we all start to plan our next goals and targets, I just want to say a quick thank you to every forum member.
The accountability this competition has given me and the support from the members here has been amazing.
Today I really wanted to push myself a little further out of my comfort zone, which is something this comp has done each week.
over the weeks I have managed to learn more about Macros and nutrition than I previously know, have developed my compound lifts and today I attempted using a posing room in a gym - Even standing in my jocks in a room with another guy (very much out of my comfort zone due to being pretty unfit a lot of my life have bad mental body image)
Over the comp my dexa scan showed I have lost 1.2% in Body fat while gaining 1.6kg in lean mass with a starting comp weight of 93.2kg ( as per dexa scan on 25th may) Today my weight was 93.6kg ( 94kg as per dexa scan on 23rd September )
My strength has improved with my best improvements being
Hack squat - 25jun max 80kg - 11 reps to 19th September 180kg x 4 reps
incline barbell bench - 31may 70kg x 10 reps to 18th September 100kg x 2 reps 90kg x 6 reps
so here goes, My final post, My final photos but not my final stage!
Am not 100% happy with my back photo and so Might update that
