Big week is starting to catch up with me, had to suddenly buy dinner, and I forgot how hard to log Zambrero is, and how hard to resist their brownies are, but it's still technically a win.

Well! Foodwise, the weekend was ****ed. Finished Friday with too many snacks because I was both mentally and physically exhausted from a huge week.

Saturday wasn't too bad, a largely normal weekend feed, though a little higher than I'd like but managed to make up for it with some decent movement working in the yard and weighted dog walk.

Sunday, Father's Day blinded sided me though. Lost my dad just over a year, 2nd Father's Day without him, didn't even think about it up until the day. Then BAM! 3500 calories lol I've managed to fix a lot of my bad eating habits, manage to say no to a lot of things, mostly fixed the boredom eating, but I still manage to eat my emotions instead of freely expressing them 🙃. Thankfully one day won't ruin all this progress, but motivation is at an all-time low. It's about time to mix things up a bit but I want to get through the next few weeks first.

Weekend overall was solid. Did overeat a bit, but not to any impactful degree. No complaints here, but probably does reinforce the diet fatigue and am due for some kind of break after the comp.

Week as a whole looked solid. No big takeaways, I think it's clear that 2500 is definitely maintenance. Hopefully the recomp is still recomping. Next bodyscan check in at the end of the comp.
